As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed.
We enjoyed our stay.
If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others.

No windows that can be opened, ventilation only makes noise but doesn't bring air in. Heating/cooling doesn't really work. Some of the people in the reception are really not helpful (but one or two were OK). Do not expect a Radisson hotel. They say it's 3 stars hotel and it really is a 3 stars hotel. It is really close to the train station and there is a very good noise isolation. Bit of a walk to the center.

The hotel’s location is ideal as it’s conveniently located very near the train station. The rooms are comfortable & clean, with the bathroom well-designed. Service is very good especially the front desk staff such as Ms Egle who was very helpful in giving us travel & eating recommendations. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Elevator from parking structure was not working. Very inconvenient to get to hotel. Had to walk alot of stairs with luggage. Rooms are very small. Very basic hotel. Would not stay again.

The Front Desk staff could not have been more helpful. I arrived on crutches and they organised a wheelchair for me. As I do not speak Flemish I needed help contacting local medical staff and the staff here made the calls for me. So very helpful.

Less than 3 minutes Walking distance from Leuven train station. Busy hotel which is a good sign as the service provided was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

I was a bit worried first that it would be noisy because of the proximity to the train station but my room was completely quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel stay was ok.
The room was small and the double bed was two small very light beds close together. There is an uncomfortable gap in between and the beds move very easily. This means double bed is actually one small bed, since they cannot be used together, they will just move.
The windows cannot be opened, this also applies to the windows in the (in my opinion overheated and poorly ventilated) gym. So, after a few minutes of running, you are covered in sweat. Airwise, you are completely dependent on the hotel ventilation system, which I do not like at all.
Parking is in the train station parking for about 22€ per day.

Good selection of cold foods at breakfast, hot food was only chicken sausages, streaky bacon and scrambled egg, but more than sufficient.

Hotel was great, cant be faulted, staff pleasant, room was good and the location great. GF unwell on day two, were allowed to extend check-out time without hassle, very nice of staff.
Dont understand about the French thing of toilet in one room and sink (to wash hands) in other room - really strange, especially in a modern hotel.
The only negative side was the breakfast, way overpriced (E15). On the second day, we ate something in the town, much cheaper and much better.
I have stayed at this hotel before and will do so again - recommended. Corona-aware also- very good.

God location nearby trainstation, just a walk from the centre of Leuven. Breakfast great, service great, cleaning great. There was corona restrictions wich they handle good.

All aspects of our stay were excellent. The hotel is well sittuated with ample parking. The rooms were large and clean, the check in staff excellent as were the serving staff for the bar/restaurant. The breakfast buffet was as comprehenisve as I can recall anywhere I have travelled.
