The hotel itself is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like is the lack of parking. The parking lot services three hotels. If arriving back late to the hotel, good luck in finding a spot.

Stayed 4 nights here. Very disappointed considering this is supposedly Marriott. First, The Good: -Main floor, pool and fitness room are all beautiful and newly renovated -Probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and that’s saying something. Tons of options And Now the bad: -First, when we checked in the front desk staff member was quite unfriendly and made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. -Second, while the main floor is all new, the rooms look like they haven’t been updated since 1982. There was mould in the air conditioner and the pull out bed springs were all broken and sticking out. I asked the front desk for a replacement or a cot and we never got one. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. -Third, the pool area was unhinged. There were so many kids completely unsupervised causing total mayhem throwing garbage in the pool, fighting, and backing up the water all over the place from the water slide. It was absolutely nuts. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never seen anything like it. -Finally, and most importantly, this building is completely unsecured as far as I can tell. There were street people at the hotel wandering around inside and out all the time and The police and ambulance came to the hotel every day we were there. Then on our last night, we took the elevator and drug dealers got in the elevator with us with a bag and were openly talking on speaker phone getting instructions on what room to deliver drugs to. Never again

Breakfast is great, hours of pool very good, parking is easy, pool was very low on water both days we stayed which made it dangerous

Great, clean hotel with a really fun pool for kids. Love that the pool is open at 6:00 on weekends. Incredible breakfast buffet included with the room. Will definitely come back!

Your facility doesn't provide USB power outlet which is a drawback. Otherwise it was cozy to stay in.

The stay sleeping arrangements with the pull out sofa was horrible with a mattress that literally had the wires sticking out. Tge original solution was totally unacceptable which was to rectify the situation with blankets which in themselves were very thin. Eventually a replacement arrived but the original sofa was left in the room's walkway with 3 adults into the next day until a message was left to have it removed. A very tight space to navigate for older adults. Also the garbage and recycling from the rooms were left in the hallway directly across from my room which created a stink that affected the entire area for a while until we opened the windows for some fresh air to move through. Even though we were aware that rooms are cleaned every other day we were not happy to not have been left with enough towels. Had to ask the cleaner in the hallway for extra towels. Breakfast was indeed well done and plentiful with a wide selection of food. Suggestion that you have a fairly regular check for the pull out sofas conditions since they are included as a package. This disappointment did set the tone for the entire vacation

Very nice place.

We were told there was no children in the pool after 10pm. However when we went down to try and have a relaxing swim after along day, there were children splashing and screaming till 11pm. Not enjoyable.

First time staying here. The hotel is quite new, and despite the number of guests, it is very clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and well appointed. Great washroom. The best thing was the breakfast. Usually a breakfast included meal has a few options, but this breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looks and feels brand new when you enter. Front desk staff are friendly and thorough. Then we got to our room. Most of it felt new, but the furnishings (desk/TV stand/microwave/fridge) seemed like they were all about 10 years old. It was very strange. I also found what appeared to be the remains of someone picking their nose and wiping it on the wall beside the bed. Disgusting. Breakfast was okay. Lots of variety, but seemingly low quality. When it comes to the location, I'll say that I did not feel very comfortable parking my car in the lot overnight. There were people drinking in the lot on arrival, and there weresigns posted all over, reminding us to not leave valuables in the car and to lock or doors. The entire vibe of the area was unsafe. Nothing happened on our one night stay, thankfully. Plop this building in a better area of the city, clean the rooms THOROUGHLY, update the furniture in the room, and work on the quality of the food, and you'll have a winner. Until then, I wouldn't stay here again.

The key cards are not working for the room at all We didn’t even go to the pool, the whole first day here has been awful. The manager has changed the keys so many time we might have to move rooms tomorrow. Booked two nights and couldn’t even enjoy the first day here, very stressful Rooms are very expensive so to go through this it’s stupid at this point and not worth the money

We loved the hotel. The only problem was the shower - water went everywhere once we tried to take our shower.

The breakfast was the best I've ever seen. So many options. The room was ok, kinda small & old, but clean. The other rooms were upgraded, so hope you get one of them, because we didn't. The ac was really noisy, so didn't get the best rest. The pool was great though.

I been in all Marriott but today room not much that I expected.Toiletries you need ask at the FO to get some. But other than that everything is great.
