Was only in town for a couple days and needed an affordable place to sleep. Sure the place is a bit run down but my room was clean actually pretty quiet. I would recommend if you aren’t looking for any amenities.

Property was older, but room was clean. Mattress was very noisy, refrigerator was noisy. Safety latch broken off of inside door. Dead bolt functioned.

The room itself was quite clean for an older hotel. The shower curtain did have mold however. Very convenient to get to. Since I was looking for s cheap hotel for one night I didn't have high expectations. Thin walls; could hear people coming & going

Contacted property, but found it extremely difficult to communicate with staff. Wood floors were not sufficiently swept. Carpet in hallway was stained. Very old and poorly kept appearance.

Clerk speaks no English. His father,helper,does nothing Per residents w pets,smelly dogs

I got this room because of Price. It was $53 on Expedia. It was a sleeping chamber, clean, good condition. No microwave no fridge no coffee Maker.

This hotel is absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. It's filthy, reeks of cigarette and cannabis smoke in the hallways and rooms, and the parking lot is full of garbage. My room door wouldn't open or close properly, there's NO fridge/microwave (I requested for storing life-saving medication, insulin) and the manager said 1 will be delivered, but after I realised he doesn't speak English I kept asking, and he kept saying ok ok ok. The fridge never came. The TV's don't work (for months now) and the manager said it will be fixed 1 hour. It was not fixed in 1 hour. The manager was on his phone the whole time upon check-in, I couldn't understand what he said to me, he was rude and dismissive. The floors turn your socks totally black with dirt, the shower curtain had what looks like blood stains on them, and there was only 1 towel with cigarette burns on them. The side access door to the parking lot was never locked, so there were homeless people in the hallways and parking lot also homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot. Plus side, the air conditioner worked well and I don't think I got bed bugs.

Very limited items, never any coffee available. Very basic room, bed. Door to bathroom can be opened as it hits the toilet.

The person working at the front desk was on the phone all the time. Didn't speak english very good. He used his phone to translate. The rooms were clean and did give us clean towels every day. We asked for a handicapped room. They gave us a handicapped room the next day. Which was nice.

The motel has seen its days... not awful, but there are several newer and cleaner places in the Fargo area. For the price, I was expecting that. Directly adjacent to a truck stop.

We left as soon as we got in the room it was so bad. The bed went to the floor when we sat on it and the neighbors were screaming at each9ther about him beating her up and their dog was barking nonstop. We left only 15 minutes after we got there. The man at the desk was pleasant about it all though.

Lobby and hallways had a bad smell, dirty towels, non-functional TV, noisy AC, and no refrigerator or microwave.
