Prefect location! Heated pool, tennis court and basketball hoop! Manger is lovely and easy to deal with. Beach across the road. Rooms well equipped, tidy and renovated. Will definitely be returning!

Great location, helpful staff, friendly, safe atmosphere.

This property won’t be winning any awards for cleanliness but it is a very affordable stay in an excellent location. There was also someone smoking during our stay so we got wafts of nasty cigarette smoke when our balcony door was open which wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Here for the Oztag. Location is great. We went for a walk every morning and the beach is right there! Pavilion pool was a highlight for the kids. Manager is lovely. You can get coffee from across the road at Dom’s and it’s delicious and the breakfasts are decently priced. Will definitely stay again.

Location is excellent, right across from Kings Beach. Price for time of year was amazing. Apartments are spacious albeit a little dated, but clean and tidy.

2nd year in a row here! Mark the manager is so friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Didnt even get in the car for 5 days! Not beachfront views but you can still catch glimpses and when youre only 1 min walk to beach I dont think its an issue. Plus you still get a lovely breeze from the balcony.

Location is great. Manager was very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful spot.

I liked where it is. walking distance to shops clubs or just relaxing looking out over the ocean.

sat on the balcony atge lots of meals out there...and watched the beach...huge chidrens play area across the road....nice pool....main shops just a few minutes drive.....lots of takaways next door.....VERY QUIET......

Overall it was good.

Mark from the minute we arrived was absolutely wonderful. He was helpful and nothing was ever an issue. The cleaners were just as lovely. The free wifi worked great in our room so with two small children it was a great option to unwind. The heated pool was just perfect even though it is winter. We loved the self contained unit as we could keep on top of washing and the kitchen was fantastic to cook in. We had a glorious outlook over the ocean. Was walking distance to the best parks for the kids and also walking distance to the beach and some fantastic restaurants. It worked perfectly for our family.

Graet views. Room in need off a little maintanance but think they might be in the prosess of doing some. But is good size and spot for or two small kids to run around and park and beach across the road what more could you want.

Mark was very helpful and made us feel very relaxed. Good atmosphere.
