I had a v pleasant stay and experience at The Residency Towers Coimbatore. It was an excellent hotel and extremely friendly and pleasant staff and service.

Used to be the gold standard in Coimbatore but has become outdated and falling apart. My room didn’t have hot water and the shower wasn’t working well. The floor/ wall edges have broken off. Food is below average with the menu not up to a star hotel standard. Wish they pay attention to maintaining the rooms. The best part of this hotel are their people and service - still top notch and customer focused.

Good, clean, people friendly hotel. Complimentary morning breakfast buffet was excellent with good spread of Indian delicacies. Centered near the Coimbatore shopping district but drawback is no other eateries nearby. Otherwise, had a pleasant stay

Very convenient stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. Staff was courteous and very responsive.

The room was clean, comfortable, and guest services answers calls & delivers what you need in a flash. The breakfast buffet: The best I have had in India / Tamil Nadu. My first day breakfast included Idly, Dosa, Sambar vada, Pongal, Upuma. My highlight was the Appam with coconut milk!! Had a dinner at their Chin Chin restaurant - excellent Indo-Chinese food, with great service & big portions. A special mention about Ms. Gayatri at the front desk: She was phenomenally courteous, professional & very pleasant as she greets you, puts you at ease about the property and amenities. She single handedly made my stay pleasant - I noticed that she was quite popular among many guests as myself. She knows the place & the staff well, helped me getting the Red Taxi service, seemed to be well respected and very collaborative with the hotel staff. When in Coimbatore, I will definitely, stay here. And will have the Buffet Breakfast EVERY DAY!!

From the efficient communication regarding airport shuttle to checkout everything was handled in a service oriented manner. The evening and breakfast buffets were the finest quality I have seen.

Very good hotel, and very good restaurants! food was delicious! I wished it would be close from shopping center.... Went walking around the hotel but there was not much to see or enjoy!

Staff were very friendly, but our check-in took more time House Keeping team has to be checked randomly as they used to leave used towels folded for the next day

Nothing extraordinary about this hotel. There is technically nothing to do at this hotel, rooms are small and premium channels are not included in the package as well

It was anazing because of the resturants and entertainment in the hotel. Excellent service from Mahaprabha from the Coffee shop Krave. Also excellent service from the cleaning team, especially Mohit. I was disappointed with the service from the check in desk. I had booked a premium room with access to the executive lounge. I was told that the lounge is closed because of the pandemic. I found it strange. Cos if it was a pandemic everyone would be wearing masks and there would be Corvid protocols. There was none. Even the staff was not wearing masks. We were the only guests weaing madks. No sanisters to been seen atound. The hotel used corvid as an excuse and closed the lounge. We were not offered any other alternatives or given a voucher. On the last day the manager offered us complementary airport transfer with the hotel car. When the car arrived it was an outside taxi. It was not funny. I was furious Management could ruin the image of the hotel.

Room was nice. Buffet could use more day to day variety. Seemed like same thing over and over. Some of the amenities were not open. Staff tried hard but got confused easily. Traffic getting to the hotel was brutal. My business was in Tiripur and hotels east of Coimbatore are more practical.
