Comfortable bed. Clean room. Not much to say good about breakfast. But the price was right. Only real downside was it was way NOISY from all the trucks going by and using their horns all night long.

The person that checked me in was snarky when I mentioned that I had a small dog. Like she caught me, which was not true. I had not read the sign about the $100 fee for nondisclosure of a pet before I mentioned it. I was tired and it did not set well with me. Some graciousness training might help the front desk. The shower handle flooded during my husbands shower. We did not turn on the TV, so I don't know if it worked. The property on the lake side by room #132 had some metal laying around and was not trimmed or maintained. The dining hall was clean but not well stocked. The girl at the front desk sat blankly staring out the window instead of engaging with guests to make sure everyone was satisfied with the breakfast experience. The Swiss Miss sugar free was in both slots and the Swiss Miss regular only had one envelope at 8:30am. The girl covering the front desk and dining area was polite to me when I turned in my keys and I appreciated that.

Hotels.com won’t let me leave a more accurate and descriptive review. So I’m forced to be concise. “The room smelled like cigarette smoke” is an understatement. Don’t stay here.

We left soon after check in. There was a bug on one of the beds and some spots on the sheets.

The bath tube looked like it was used in a meth lab! Shower head was broke to the point it was ready to fall off! No shampoo or conditioner as the dispenser was also empty! Other than that, it was great.

The stay was not good. The room had 4 problems: leaky toilet valve, bathroom fan didn't work, the internal security door latch was not properly fastened and I was shocked by a lamp cord that was damaged with exposed wiring. In the morning, the desk attendant was not friendly and didn't seem to care about the problems.

Kind of run down. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly. AC was very loud and took hours to cool the room down.

Had the cleanliness of the room been better we'd have given a higher rating. The room smelled like wet dog/musty; there was a large hole in one of the bed comforters; the refrigerator had not been cleaned as there was sticky residue and food crumbs on the shelves; the bathroom had hair in the bathtub, dirt and hair on the toilet and the shower wall panels were coming off the wall. Additionally the room phone did not work and the blow dryer was missing.

The room was quiet, no bugs, and the ac worked. The staff was friendly and courteous and the breakfast selection was descent.

We stayed the night after a Gorge show so we didn’t have to drive back all the way to Seattle in one night. Solid stay thank you!

The linen on our bed was dirty. The Comforter had cigarette burns. The door did not close properly which made us feel unsafe. We left late at night and found another place to stay.

Very dated, old and run down. The room smelled terrible and we kept the door open most of the time we were awake because ot it. The bed itself was not bad but i definitely checked for bedbugs before laying down. Would never choose to stay here again

The photos of the room were not what we booked. Their customer service was horrible. They didn’t even speak and would just nod their heads. We had tried to cancel our reservation but said we needed 72 hours notice but no where was that stated. So we were stuck in this horrible room. You can barely fit in bathroom. Will never book there again

The staff were not friendly. The room was old and crowded. Several lamps were not plugged in. I felt like it was over priced for the outdated and unkempt appearance. The door leaked light and air. The window black out blinds did not work. I would never stay here again

The room was clean, though quite worn. The bed sheets had been cut or sliced which was concerning. The people upstairs were so noisy we eventually got up and back on the road at 3:00 a.m. as sleeping was impossible.The two staff we interacted with were very friendly and professional. Definitely get an upstairs room.

Pleasant stay. Surrounded by convenience stores and gas stations. Close access to the interstate. Easy connection to downtown Spokane and Central Washington University.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice water pressure, lots of space, the man at the counter was above and beyond kind and accommodating. I would have liked to see a coffee maker and a clock in my room, but there was coffee available downstairs. We will be back 👍

The TV in our room didnt work, they tried to fix it but couldnt get it to work. The phone in our room didnt work either, so couldnt call the front desk. Had to walk down to the office to get help. Not that, walking down to office was horrible, but i was already in my jammies & ready for bed.

Was told I can't what in the guest lounge, I already paid for the room. He said it will be ready by 3. There's no cars at all in the parking lot. Wow what a joke!

Extremely disappointing. At the time of check-in, our designated room hadn’t even been cleaned for our stay and the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. We were offered the only room left on the property, which was not adequate for our party, so we left without even setting foot in a room.

Overall, it was a good stay. The bed was comfortable.
The refrigerator in my room was making an extremely loud noise. I unplugged it and informed the receptionist when I left. I didn’t feel a need to call them during the night to fix it.
