The place smells moldy the comforter has holes and was from 1985 I will not stay there ever again

The place was horrible, loud ,very uncomfortable. Front desk was rude. Never saw anybody couldn’t get anybody to be quiet.

My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!

The view of the lake was very nice! The staff was very friendly. The family room was big ,very clean. When we go back we will be staying there again.

They start was perfect! I just needed a place to rest before I hit the road again. The covers had burn marks as did the drapes. I’m sure this is do to the tweakers hanging out and smoking. They were nice enough tho and didn’t bother me. The room was comfy in spite of the decor being older. It wasn’t like I was moving in. The pool was open and the view of the lake was right behind it. Very nice indeed!

The steps to the second floor were long and very steep, the one nearest the office felt rickity and one of the steps broke while I was ther and had to be repaired. The repair was done wrong with the step that broke by setting it back and it made the step shorter and very unsafe.

The hotel was just what we needed for our stay in Clearlake! Good price to lay our heads at night after a long day of visiting family in the area!

The lady working check I was extremely rude! The motel was disgusting. I’m surprise the place is in business! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there! It was the worst motel I’ve ever been to!

The beds were twins and cheap, the room was good. It was a very very windy day and the WIFI went out for hours, but the weather was abnormally bad that day so I doubt that happens much. The rooms coffe pot isnt KEURIG as we brought our own and couldn't use it. Lots of places to get things if need close. Good Location. has a fridge, tiny microwave and they will give you more coffee. Because of the COVID lie that cause them not to change the sheets daily are still in place like any other hotel as they drop staff. Weed shop accross the street, good stuff, no refunds but very close to walk and get what you want. I would go back especailly on a nice summer day. No problems with people stealing from the car, small town vibe. I would go back especailly on a nice summer day.

The beds were twins and cheap, the room was good. It was a very very windy day and the WIFI went out for hours, but the weather was abnormally bad that day so I doubt that happens much. I had hotel staff member enter my room while I was sleeping notifying me that check out time was 12:00 pm. Never mind I had a two night reservation. This place is a dump. Take your business elsewhere.

It could have been cool. We thought we scored got a family room it was clean and nice the pullout was unsleepable and it was like the size of a tiny loveseat so you couldn't sleep on it not pulled out either . Then the bathroom flooded at 11 pm an hour later a matainence man came and put towels all around floor then tub flooded with sewage. They didn't move us my feet got wet with toilet water when I used bathroom in night. Lots of drug activity also

Although I was surprised to see 3 queen size beds in our room, everything else was unclean, the couch had tons of stains on it, there were big cobwebs hanging from the walls, the towels were really thin and cheap, and the provided toiletries not so good either. Not to count the amount of sketchy people hanging out at the parking lot and stairs. Unfortunately, my family and I didn’t have a good experience staying at this hotel/motel.

All night long into the early morning hours people arguing and screaming at each other in multiple rooms. I had to sleep with a firearm because I felt like someone was gonna try to commit a Robery or steal a car . And I was not gonna be a victim. I left at 5 am because these jerks kept the fighting going the entire time .

Key positive was cleanliness of beds and bathroom. Room itself was run down. Biggest gripe was WiFi signal which was so weak as to be barely useable - definitely couldn’t stream anything and frequently disconnected.

A room with 3 separate bedrooms was nice for our family group. The price was great. The bathroom had been updated and there was plenty hot water and good water pressure. It was sufficient for a few hours sleep The staff was nice
