The building is nice. The garden, landscaping… awesome. The breakfast is ncluded, big savings.

Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Very good hotel. Clean and safe. A bit noisy during the night. But the personel was polite and efficient. They require cash deposits wich is not always convinient.

Clean and good food

They put me in a room that is not originally in my booking for a reason that they are fully booked. But I made my booking a month before my trip. Also, no AC in my room just a stand fan. Food is not good either. Very disappointing. Don’t get fooled with their ads.. I will NOT recommend this to my friends, family and relatives!

Honest employees and respectful

Property is currently under construction. We really didn't stay here more than a day as the hotel, there was no A/C in the rooms. I understand its Bagiuo but it still got pretty warm during the day.

This place was like a haunted house. They turn off light in major walking areas making it unsafe at night. Beds and furniture are old and room has odor. This is the first hotel that didn’t have air conditioning and they have overhead fans that didn’t work. With the price I paid I could have added a little more and stayed at the Baguio manor. The eating Expedia has on their website is false and misleading and should be corrected. I will never stay here again and will not trust Expedia for their ratings.

My Vacation denied and booking cant be cancelled. So we never make it.

We’d checked out the following day very early (5am) for an early trip to sagada, and the hotel packed us with sandwiches and water per earlier request. Thank you nice staff at hotel Elizabeth! You’ve started our 4 day trip in sagada with a beautiful sunshine,

Food was great! Shower pressure was awesome. Location is perfect. Next door karaoke bar was quite noisy with music blasting. Overall, it’s a decent hotel.

The hotel is very nice, beautiful sourrounding with gardens and flowers. The hotel is well kept and maintained, felt secured and pleasant atmosphere. The food for breakfast buffets is very delicious with about 7 or more variety of meat, vegetable, fish and soup in addition to salads and fruits. Yes, this is breakfast. The only thing missing is the section where you can order omelette compared to other hotel like Windhams. The staff does not bring coffee on the table. Other than that, it was a wonderful place and is more than I expected to have for breakfast. Will go there again.

I thought they forgot it. Over all i can recommend the place and well stay there on our next visit to Baguio.

great stay as usual,seems to get better every time we stay,our 5th stay this year

Very impressed with the view and location of this hotel. The location was far enough from the city area to avoid the smog during the day, and quiet enough at night to enjoy its serenity. Good Shepherd as well as a horse riding circuit is also nearby, both within walking distance or a short jeep ride uphill. The views were very beautiful, especially so during sunset where we took so many pictures from the penthouse corridor. Breakfast was a decent spread of filipino dishes, but the real selling point was the taste of the food. The hotel itself never feels crowded, which does wonders to the ambiance. The only bad thing I could say about my stay was the weak wi-fi in our room, but I suspect that has more to do with the fact that it is a shared router in the hotel lobby. I cant say for the rooms on the higher floor, but mine on the 2nd floor was so.Overall, I was glad to be given this recommendation for my stay in Baguio, and I would pass this recommendation on to the next visitor with confidence that you wont regret staying at this hotel.
