Thank you for having security 24/7 and laundry, breakfast. The only suggestion we have to add the option of local fruits for breakfast. papaya, coconut, local banana, pineapple. Great service and great room service

Food was great. Central location and friendly staff. Self laundry, pool and tennis court. Despite being full the outdoor facilities are spacious.

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful. Bathrooms are old but clean. Rooms were also very clean. Will definitely be back.

We had our friends stay here as we no longer needed the reservation but they said they’d stay was good. Can’t comment on anything else’s, they only slept there and didn’t use the amenities. Convenient and close to the city and plenty of parking available. Reception ladies were lovely and very welcoming.

It’s easy to locate, staff are attentive, restaurant has good food especially pasta and the sashimi. The only problem is the small bathroom and shower if you are tall and big. Very peaceful space and relaxing.

Location of hotel is great. Our room was located on the ground floor. Our room was dated and was quite unpleasant to stay in. The beds were very uncomfortable. The biggest let down is the bathroom. It's old and dated and just had a smell that didn't go away. I know the other rooms on the upper levels have been refurbished so maybe the lower level will eventually be refurbished too.

Comfortable beds however the bathrooms particularly the toilet seats were disgusting. Definitely needs to be replaced. However they serve the best breakfast in town. Staff were lovely

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. There is ongoing upgrading and that should be reflected in future reviews. Breakfast (included) was very Samoan and enjoyable - but don't be late getting their or you might miss out on some dishes.

Place is real rundown had ants spiders and cockroaches in my room the staff trying their hardest to keep up but they need a whole New Remodel for this hotel. The beds are very old and one of the cleaning Lady took my niece underwears and her husband’s Tank top and food from their room, she did came an apologized but she Never returned the tank top ect as she said she would. It was addressed to the front desk and was never returned. We will Not be staying here again.

We've stayed at Insel Fehmarn many times while in Samoa. Their 3rd-floor executive rooms are the best bang for the buck, in my opinion, and complimentary breakfast is always a delight. Yet, on this trip, when we stepped out for a quick breakfast, we left everything lying out (wallet, jewelry, passports, electronics, etc.) as we would check out right afterward. To our shock, as we approached our room, I noticed the cleaning lady three doors down from us and the doors next to our rooms slightly ajar. When we came to our door, it was also open. I presumed they came by to see if we'd checked out yet but saw everything inside and closed the door, yet it was still open. The good thing was that no one else went in there, and nothing was missing, but they didn't offer a "Do not Disturb" sign, and there was no way to advise them not to enter the room. This could have caused significant problems if someone else would have entered the room. Because we were in a rush, we didn't make a big deal about it, which can cause serious problems. I hope they implement some procedures that will keep their guest's property safe because leaving a door open isn't a simple mistake.

It was a good hotel with helpful staff

The room was missing a number of things when we checked in as the house cleaning forgot to replenish, but they got what we needed for our overnight stay as we were headed to the airport for an early flight. Looking forward to our return stay in a week.

Close to everything in the city, friendly staff and easy check in/out! aWoll definitely visit again. Only con was how full the toilet goes with water otherwise it was great

The superior room was a great place to stay. They rooms are very clean. Little things need maintenance like the outdoor balcony light flickered consistently like a disco, which i spoke to reception about but nothing was done during my seven day stay. Also towels were not replaced daily, which required me to ask for them to be replaced. The reception staff are friendly. As a 3 star place to stay it is nice choice for a reasonable price.

Breakfast included, also could get Lunch and Dinner, Room Service if required. Lovely People, very accommadating.

The only problem we had was the toilet would not flush. We live in American Samoa and very familiar with low water pressure and quirky toilets. This one did not work. Otherwise was very happy with our stay and will stay again
