Nice hotel for a short family trip, easy reach of old town and the rooms were spacious and lovely adjoining suite for the kids. Lovely sea view. Breakfast was adequate , enjoyed Bono the pizza bar also. the scenery from hotel was super beautiful.

The Royal Princess was amazing for our family. The hotel is right on the Adriatic Sea and our room had stunning views. The service was exceptional and I hope we can come back one day!

Great location with 5 pools! Hotel has access to the sea with a platform to jump from the cliffs. Walkable to Copacabana beach. Buffet breakfast included mimosas.

The property is in a fabulous location with incredible views over the cliff. In general, the facilities are very good but 5 star is a stretch as the in-room facilities like coffee (sachets in a 5 star?) and shower was so-so. The breakfast was the low point. You aren't told there is a freshly cooked option (it's obvious the staff are trying to minimize that), you aren't shown to your seat, items on the buffet are not replaced or cold....staff try to avoid your gaze when you look for anything, they turn off the coffee machine at 10.30 precisely and tell you it's "broken"....it was an absolute mess. It was what I would expect in a bad 3 star hotel. It's such a shame as the hotel could be great.

Excellent stay fir a family of four, cannot fault it. Sea view is amazing, the room is beautiful with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The Princess Royal was a lovely oasis. We had two rooms, one had been updated the other not. While the older room had a dent or ding, I would not fault it and it was still a high quality room that was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the staff and the range of options within the Process compound. A great family option or for a couples get away.

The property was very clean and staff very helpful. The property is right next to the sea and has very beautiful view from rooms that have sea view. There are a couple of restaurants at the property and the a lot more in walking distance.

Nice hotel but breakfast really needs an upgrade especially sweets. the poor buffet is a reflection on the La Castillo restaurant so I chose to eat at other restaurants. Restaurant More was fantastic.

Not as described. Pool had been filled in with stones. Had to use facilities in next door hotel. Breakfast was very busy as hotel residents from next door hotel also used the restaurant. No bar. Staff friendly but not a 5 star hotel and false advertising

Overall we enjoyed our stay but after arranging the previous day for our breakfast boxes as we would need to leave in the early hours of the morning they did not prepare any breakfast boxes. This was a bad experience with two small hungry children. However they send us to one of the other hotels in the group that had two extra breakfast boxed but it was horrible. Dry bread without any butter.
So unfortunately we were disappointed the moment we left...

I think a 5 star must have room service, they also don't have a tag for (Do not disturb, or make the room) It has a kitchen but no cutlery and some furniture needs replacing.

arrived on an early flight but there was no rooms ready for an early check in (11.30) ? - hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than expected with very good service.
Position of the hotel was ideal with easy access by walking along a promenade to Lapad.
3 bus routes to the city were only 100mtrs away with at least 4 buses an hour.
Checkout was slow - only 1 person on the desk at 10.55 and it took over 20 mins. to process 4 families leaving and 2 arriving (there also was a queue behind us).
Happy to visit Dubrovnik again and stay at the Princess.

Surprisingly disappointing. Having booked a one night stay due to the availability of a kids pool (and phoning to confirm it was open) when we arrived at the pool with our kids at 9:30 on a Saturday morning we were told it was closed for cleaning.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, the view is not very nice. The amenities provided in the room were of high quality and luxury. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. The hotel's location was conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy for me to get around and make the most of my trip. I highly recommend it.

Our room was the very last room at the end of the farthest building. It had a dirty rug and needed updating. Good things are the room was spacious and views very pretty.

We enjoyed this property. Behind it is a beautiful promenade that links many other hotels and properties along the water. This has so many restaurants, cafes and shops. It was very convenient, plus there’s a bus stop nearby where we took the bus to the Old City several times on our trip.
