Hotel Elisa was a great find. Whilst not 5 star, it is perfectly fine for a stay in Apia. The rooms were large and spotless, the bar was nice and food was tasty. The service is to be commended with reception staff in particular being extremely with several queries and bookings.

Linens, towels, are terrible, fleas found crawling on bed sheets, sliding doors cant locked, Staffs ok, some are very helpiful, been asked for clean towels! We checked out and the towels never brought to our room

We chose this hotel for a convenient overnight stay prior to a 6am flight. The area was convenient and the on-site restaurant was satisfactory. There were also an other couple of restaurant options within about 250m. Room was spacious and basic. Bathroom was adequate.

Poor security, no private car parking, someone stole all 4 wheel caps of my rental car, I paid extra money for that,Also my booking already paid by credit card,I did change the room when I arrived, because the condition of the room, I thought will be refunded or deducted from my new bill, $200 something a night, but no water or milk

Budget part is behind main building. Nice surprise for arrivals. Anyway in overal good. AC rooms with inside windows, rooms with fan are good value for money and most of them has windows facing outside or pool area.

I stayed in the budget section of the hotel. It wasnt glamorous and was quiet loud. Fan was nice, and room the was clean. Couldnt ask for much else.

One night stay in one of the cheapest rooms. The reception and 1st floor looked really promising but then we got out to the cheap rooms. The bathrooms were small and dark and the kitchen smelt bad. Our beds were made neatly, but is was the giant corchroach on the wall that made us not stay one more night!

Back section where we were is basic and affordable. Shared bathroom and kitchen area needs an upgrade. New shower curtains, and vinyl maybe? Beds need new sheets and pillows. Be sure to double check your booking and room readiness before arrival. Room wasnt ready when we arrived at 10pm.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean (and cool), but the front desk staff was terrible. They gave away our confirmed and prepaid room, and we had to wait 2 hours for them to get another room ready. They kept trying to charge us more for our prepaid room, even after we had left. The room itself was really comfortable and clean, but the front desk staff was such a nightmare I don't know if I'd stay there again or not.

As soon as we entered the room, we read all the rules and conditions. The bathroom clearly stated that the towels would be changed daily and said nothing about the fact that this excluded Sundays. We arrived on Friday night, used the towels provided and asked if we could get these changed the next morning. The front desk assured us this would happen later on in the day around 10am. 12pm when we returned to the room the towels still hadn't been changed so we asked again. Again the front desk assured us this would be done. We went out again and returned at night and the towels still had not been replaced despite being told twice that they would. I ask the night receptionist and he tells me that maybe they will be replaced in the morning (being Sunday morning) I ask if there is any chance we could get them tonight as we are not able to take showers until we get fresh towels. then and only then does the clerk fetches fresh towels. Our room also did not get made despite the being noted in the hotel room folder that rooms would be made daily. This is very disappointing as this room cost a lot of money and you expect to get what you pay for. The next day (Sunday) we did not get fresh towels again and got sick of asking so just reused the ones we got the night before. The next day (Monday) we asked at reception why our room was not made and why did we not get fresh towels. The receptionist tells us that none of their cleaning staff work on Sunday and towels would not get replaced...

OK for a very cheap backpackers room. Close to the city work area where I needed to be. Two lots of rooms, mine was obviously the cheaper end of the backpackers spectrum. Others commented that higher class rooms were overpriced but you get what you pay for with the lower quality backpackers area

No lift but stairs..informations on web doesn't match with facilities. Requested a family room and mentioned a 82 yo lady when we arrived only 1 single n double but the package includes 2 singles n a double. No drink machines available after 10pm. I had to walk across to tamanaki hotel or whatever it call to get bottles of water. Understand the bar had to closed but should have drink machines available after hours. Not going to stay at this hotel ever. Not worth it.

Close proximity to central Apia, easy walk into town, quiet, ocean view with friendly staff.

Got a bargain price for the night, arrived late and planned to leave early next morning for the ferry... although not as early as the workers started ANGLE GRINDING! at 630am! Simple and basic. But hey - you get what you pay for. Easy quick walk in to town. Next to Tanoa Tusitala - so went down there for a few drinks poolside.

Great accommodation. Truth reflects on every bit of their advert online when we get there to see. From staff to rooms and the service was great. Value for money. Recommend to families and friends.
