There was no heat in the room and maintenance had to reset it then it never stayed at a warm temp but was either cold or hot. Bathroom had damage to door, light and fixtures.

Nice hotel and very polite and friendly staff. Only real complaint is there was barely any hot water, more like likewarm, which was a bummer for the jacuzzi suite we got. Overall was a good stay though.

Staff was rude and not willing to work with us..
We wanted a room off the first floor.
And would not let us check in early.
But , the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean, recently remodeled (cheaply). The mattress was really comfortable but the walls were really thin so you can hear noises from other rooms nearby.

Our service in arrival was good. Quick, pleasant, easy check in. It was clear they were in some process of freshing up the property. Overall there was nothing truly horrid, but the little things added up quickly. The envelope we were handed our keys in looked like it had been in someone's wallet for a few years. Didn't effect my stay, but noticeable. The room was overall clean, until I went into the bathroom. There was dried blood on the door frame & light switch. I chlorox+wiped every surface at that point. We scheduled a 330am shuttle. Our neighbors partied until we left (on a Monday), our shuttle was 10 minutes late & there was no one at the front desk to check out.

It’s was fine. The breakfast could have been much better. I liked that it was quiet, but honestly, not worth the price I paid for the room.

I was charged a $100 fee which I was promised would be immediately returned when I check out. That was almost a week ago, and still no refund.

My stay was amazing. It was so relaxing. I got unwind in the spa and do an aquatic workout. Then had an amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The one thing that I did not like was 2 out of the three nights that I stayed there, there was a loud simi truck parked just out aide of my unit at 5:30 and left running for about 30 min. I think that they could either shut them off or park them some where else! Very disturbing and disrespectful !

Check-in was smooth. Overall the hotel was clean but the hallway smelled a whiff of marijuana. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, the stay was good.

Needed an extra night in town and the Best Western was perfect for my needs. A nice breakfast was included with our stay and was more than sufficient to start the day. Clean room and quality staff at the front desk too.

We were caught up in the technology issue and had to find a hotel to wait out flying home. We arrived at the hotel even before checkout, so even though we were so tired we could hardly stand, we figured we would have to just sit in the lobby. BUT- the receptionist Ziza was fantastic!!!!! She let us have the breakfast available, and she asked the housekeeping people to let her know as soon as the rooms she assigned us were cleaned and she got us in to them as quick as she could. Absolutely the best receptionist we had come across for our whole 2 week vacation!!! Kudos to Best Western for hiring her. Keep her forever!
Also, our rooms were great. Very comfortable beds.

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t quite ready right when I got there which was after check in hours. Other than that no complaints!
