The room was clean the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Only stayed for 1night. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was very cold and the water temp kept fluctuating even though I wasn’t adjusting it

We stayed one night for a show at Foxwoods. Great friendly staff, clean room, convenient parking, restaurant and bar a bonus. We used Uber to the casino. Would definitely stay again! Pictured is a king size bed on the first floor.

So convenient and close to the casino. The restaurant/bar was great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was great!

The location was excellent. It was less than five minutes to the casino. Parking was easy. I was surprised to find that they did have a Jacuzzi outside. The bed was extremely comfortable clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful from now on if I go to the casino. This will be the only place that I will stay.

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. I don’t like to complain but this was off for a Hilton. The room was dirty, The bathroom was gross things splattered all over the doors and windowsill, Also, the tub didn’t drain so it left soapy water all over your feet . The face on the iron was broken. Looks like somebody dropped it, and it hit and cracked the tiles in the room.. My Wife didn’t notice the broken face. It started ironing my shirt and put a big hole in it.. Went down and showed the staff. They gave me a new iron and told me they should take care of everything.. Jacuzzi didn’t work was dirty and the tiles all around it are loose. You could just pick them up and as you walked over them, they moved.. Unsafe . Please help!

I booked this room and literally 2 hours later had a family emergency come up. I understand there is a no cancellation policy in effect, but given the circumstances I would have expected some type of credit be given. Expedia fought for me, and I appreciate that, but the hotel refused to refund. I will not be booking here again.

Very close to Foxwoods casino. Free parking, nice size indoor pool. One restaurant with good choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. Across from Dunkin Donuts. Staff was very courteous and friendly!

I called to cancel my reservation because of an Unexpected medical emergency. There was no way for my party to make the trip.. I explained this to Expedia as well as someone at the hotel who said only a manager could make the refund. No manager ever responded to my request for a refund. Expedia never followed up. Terrible customer service. We have never ever cancelled a reservation before this was completely out of our control. So disappointed .

425 dollars after taxes and fees for one night felt like alot of money for a 32in flat screen and moldy ceilings above the mini split in the room
Pillows were very flat and limp and I disliked how there were no usb outlets considering EVERYONE has a cellphone that needs charging

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. Didn’t do Foxwoods but Great location to Mystic and other areas we were visiting. From my seven-year-old niece in the hotel worked for her. Pool was a little cold, but quiet and enjoyable. Only complaint is the pillows were a little bit too soft but other than that everything was great.
