Overall just ok and imo not worth $250 for a night. Microwave was dirty as hell. Toilet spit out when flushed. Front desk gentleman was nice but staff at breakfast was just miserable. Housekeeping came knocking at 9 am and even opened door when check out time is 11 am and when asked she was angry saying she will come back. First and last time for me. Not worth the money.

The King suite was a great room, we lived it. Unfotunately, the corridors always had mess in them, the elevator was out of order the morning of our departure, the breakfast room got crowded/ran out of items.

When we checked in, staff made mistake and attitude was so bad.

Stay was good. Typical hotel with no perks. Room so hot when we got in, wish they would turn AC at reasonable temp, so comfortable when arrival.

The problem with our room was that the toilet didn't flush. We checked in around dinner time and the front desk fella was great. He came to plunge the toilet twice, then sent up maintenance. Still the toilet did not flush well. In the morning we went back to the front desk and the fella on duty was NO HELP. I simply asked him if maybe he could give us a key for an empty room near to us so that we could do our morning business. He would have none of it. "How can I let you into someone else's room", he would say. I said, "I don't want into someone else's room, I would want a room not occupied just to use the toilet". The hotel was not full and we were on the third floor. They couldn't fix the toilet, they didn't get us to change rooms, and I thought it was a perfect solution to our room being unsatisfactory. He told us to come down and use the "public washroom" on the main floor. I pay for a hotel room so that I can have the convenience of a flushing toilet, and solutions were available.

Nothing very fancy, but a good place to stay while visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend. It is located close to these attractions. There are many fast food options nearby. My only complaint is they were adamant about not allowing early check in, which would have been highly appreciated since it was 114 degrees that day. But to be fair, they followed their policy, which is their right.

It was an easy transaction and the service was good.

Staffing was never around at front desk. Breakfast was out of everything everyday of are stay. They couldn’t even keep coffee stocked at front counter. We will stay somewhere else next year!

Very close to tourist attractions such as horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. Complementary breakfast in the morning is a great addition. However the hotel is kinda old and dark, not the best Comfort Inn I have stayed at but it does the trick for a few nights.

We really enjoyed staying here.

Beds and pillows were great! Nice desk people. Breakfast is what you would expect but in a very small space. Property is a little run down, curtain not in hangers, old rug... I was on a room on the third floor, next to the linen drop, very small bathroom, and it smelled like musty old towels. Not sure if it was the linen drop or the plastic mat in the bathroom, but in the heat of the day, the smell is noticeable

No one at front desk upon 15:00 arrival. Waited for more than 10 minutes for a clerk to show up. He then answered the phone and chatted for some time. Ice machines on each floor were out of order for the duration of my stay, and front desk suggested I go and buy a bag of ice. Not an offer for reimbursement at any time.

Our room is clean and we have our own back patio, easily accessible from parking. They have coffee and hot water all the time in the lobby. We just had a slight problem with their dryers, didn’t dry our clothes completely. But our stay was overall great!

Overall it’s a great property. They can keep it bit more clean. Breakfast was good. But missed some oatmeal, but no big deal

I really liked the city called "Page". So the hotel I stayed at came to a good place.

Very comfortable and quiet room. I appreciated the indoor pool which was big enough to swim in. Only issue was car parking. I think customers from another hotel were using parking behind the hotel.

Property is dated but fine with plenty of parking. Pool and pool area could be cleaned up more, vents to outside look a bit dirty and the chairs. Beds are comfortable and love the fridge and microwave in the room.

The room was very nice and the beds, and floors were clean. The coffee maker was dusty like nobody had cleaned it or, nobody used it for a long time. The windows could've been cleaned. I didn't wake up in time for the breakfast so don't know about that. Overall it was in decent shape.

The beds were great. The air conditioner was very loud and the ice machines were broken. If you’re just looking for a comfy bed and close to town, it works.

Check in was quick. Room was clean.

Breakfast menu was so simple and limited choice. Front yard of the building, entrance of check in area, were not landscaped and were dusty. No temporary parking was provided for checkin.
