We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra night. Our family included older family members, young adults, and a toddler. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and free bicycles. Right outside the hotels doorsteps are so many different bicycle friendly paths that lead to picturesque rice fields and pleasant communes. It is easy to get to and from the beach and old town. We werent in a hurry to take day trips, since we enjoyed the hotels grounds. Our family took liking to their menu and food quality as well. They use local, fresh ingredients. As for the rooms, they have unique designs and decorations with nice views. The hotel focuses on being clean and keeping it looking new. The staff quickly tended to us when needed and also gave us good company. Pretty sure we will be returning very soon. This hotel is worth the price.

Nice and serene surroundings overseeing the padi fields, beautifully designed rooms, friendly staff. Everything was perfect making it such an enjoyable stay! Highly recommended!

It’s been our best hotel experience in Vietnam! Staff is amazingly warm and helpful. The hôtel is designed with upmost refinement and charm. The atmosphere is casual yet refined. The quality of food is amazing. I would come back with no hesitation!

A charming, if a bit unusual, location in the midst of rice fields but at a comfortable distance from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. What sets this property apart is the warm and friendly service from the staff, who treated us as if we were family from the moment if our arrival.

Best deal in town ! If you like comfort and services 5 stars, don't hesitate. 15 minutes from Hoi An, you are in the middle of thé Rice fields. It is magic.

Our stay at Hoi An Chic was perfect in all respects! Quiet, comfortable, helpful staff, food as good if not better than any restaurant in Hoi An!

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved everything about this small hotel. We didn’t want to leave. It’s located amongst the paddy fields so it’s quiet and peaceful. We used the free bikes to get to the beach it’s so easy less than 10 mins. Parked up at Hidden beach for the free loungers and umbrellas in exchange for buying their great food. Chiic has lovely gardens and the restaurant delivers great food and drinks. The breaky was delicious and they have a huge selection of freshly squeezed juices each day. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are cool with an outdoor bath and shower. The only negative we could find in this place was the pillows weren’t comfy but that was the only negative. The staff here AMAZING!! So so friendly they bent over backwards to help us. They all smiled and said hello even the gardeners. It made this place even more special. We will definitely come back here if we return.

Fantastic! Quiet, tranquil surroundings, away from the chaos of the town and yet only 10 minute cycle ride into town. Really lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us . Every room has a private outdoor seating area on shade (most welcome) for reading or enjoying a cocktail from the bar, lovely.

We stayed at the Hoi An Chic Hotel while visiting Hoi An and the surrounding area shortly before Tet in February. The hotel is nicely located, the rooms are great and they offer free shuttle to the old town and the beach. The staff was extremely nice. They took the time to show our 8 y/o daughter how to build a kite and they gave us plenty of useful information. They organized the taxi to Hue for us. Unfortunately, our daughter forgot the traditional lantern she had made in the taxi. The next day, they asked one of their driver to stop at our hotel in Hue to deliver the lantern, which was really amazing and much appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful, amazing , small very helpful staff the grounds are lush and green kept by the Gardener.. The room was excellent. The morning buffet fantastic. Could go on and on it was a great stay.

Fabulous stay at the Hoi An Chic hotel. Made to feel very welcome by caring staff. Hired bikes to view the lovely countryside and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic , what a jewel of a hotel , set in the lush verdant paddi fields , it was so relaxing . The staff amazing , so helpful . Really enjoyed our time there , our only wish was that it could have been longer ........ free bikes and lifts into town , everything you could need .

Despite the small hotel, they managed to have a nice little pool to cool yourself down in the hot weather. Everything about the room was perfect. Staffs were friendly and smiley. However, my door wasn't locked twice when i returned as the housekeeper probably forgot. Nothing was lost though. Perhaps something to take note is that a cemetry was opposite the hotel and chanting/sound can be heard in the early morning. Not recommended if you're a really light sleeper. Also, i think the buffet variety could be more. Love the selection of fresh food juices though! As much as my review above, I would come back for another stay in the future.

Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent! Their services were straight from heart and definitely the best I have ever experienced . The only thing I found unsatisfactory was just the hot water supply is unstable in the bath tub. To all Hoi An Chic Hotel staffs , we wish you all the best and thank you for your hospitality.

We had the perfect stay here! Staff were beyond lovely, so welcoming and always happy to help. Free shuttle bus into town, free push bikes too. A short 5-10min from the centre of old town it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle without being too far out. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! the rooms were large and house keeping daily. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

I liked the semi-rural setting, amidst the paddie fields--even if the local farmer was burning off the rice stubble. Well organised tour to My Son--thank you. The room was superb--the ambience in the hotel likewise--superb. I will definitely be back.

I loved the look of this hotel from pictures on the Internet and was not disappointed once we arrived. The staff are SO friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing as was the breakfasts every morning. For a small hotel everything was just perfect. We would truly go back there for another stay.

Very nice structure, good service and breakfast.Plenty of space in the room. Located between the city and the beach, perfect for who wants to relax. Some furniture are a little bit worn, especially in the pool area. The food at the bar, aside the breakfast, is rather average.

Very suitable for healing and enjoy calm morning at country side, overall so impressed. Would like to recommand who want to experience Hoian local culture. More impressive that town people say hello with smile when you meet near by hotel. and extraordinary comfortable during staying here...

After a couple of nights Hoi An Chic felt like home. The staff is so friendly, always trying to help and very attentive. And the location is fabulous: in the middle of the rice fields about 3km from town. The location turned out to be great because during our stay Hoi An flooded (all the streets of the old town, which usually only happens in October/November) and our hotel stayed well away from the flood and above the giant puddles! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a top floor suite, which was fabulous, air conditioning was a little noisy, but didnt spoil our enjoyment. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful. We borrowed bikes and rode into town, or you can use the WW2 US Jeep shuttle service. Hoi an has some great tailors, we used Yaly- highly recommend. Go to the Hidden beach, and use Vespa Adventures for a nightlife tour of the city and food and drink
