Very quick to respond to inquiries about hotel and very knowledgeable about the area. We got out a little late(my fault) no hurry to get us out very understanding. Loved the pool and hot tub.

A/C and refrigerator did not work properly. AC lack of functionality left room very warm until about 2AM. Not sure about the rest of the property but this is what happened in Rm 309. Staff was good.

We reported the floor being wet by the air conditioner that my husbands socks got wet to the front desk they said we would get a discount and I looked at my statement and no discount was made we were charged full price including the unexpected fee of 25$. We love staying at these facilities but do right by what we report cause it’s a lot of money to pay for one night.

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at this establishment. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked just as the first time the walls were noticeably dirty/dingy. The pull out had old dirty socks left in it. The coffee table had stains from drinks on it. The air hadn’t been on when we arrived so it had a muggy/humid feeling.

The only thing that was offsetting was the smell of the room upon arrival. It did not smell clean. I’m not sure as to why it didn’t smell clean if it was due to the furniture or carpet carrying the smell.

Choose this hotel for indoor pool and hot tub but it was closed. Was not happy about that. The extra bed was very uncomfortable and not enough bedding. Not enough towels to accommodate the number of people in the room.

I stay here evertime I come to the casino, 3 out of the 4 times I've been here the room smelled and bed was uncomfortable. Wish I could always get the room I got before. May need to look into another hotel when I go back.

The elevator had a significant amount of cigarette smoke odor, likely caused by smokers smoking outside and riding up in the elevator. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and riding the elevator impacted me. Routinely, one elevator car should be parked with the door open to let it air out.

Very nice hotel, clean. All the employees were super friendly and always had a huge smile on their face. The woman running the breakfast buffet was so accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious, too! You could tell she really took a great pride in her job!
