Rooms were very nice and restroom

we like the location because of the casino and proximity to family.

they did not have my reservation and provided 2 queen beds, rather than a king bed, even though I showed my reservation confirmation. they would not look up the reservation number and said they could only look up by name. They wanted to charge nearly $100.00 more than price given on Booking. They did finally honor the date provided, but offered no discount for the lesser accommodations or mix up.

Outside exit to parking lot, dumpster over filled trash and grime on side exit door to parking lot. Needs to be cleaned more often.

Casino

Smoking in the building, breakfast was terrible. Bad customer service, rooms are very outdated, no pool, and parking was not good. Blankets were still wrinkled from previous guest, not sure if they even washed.

The room stunk the minute we walked in we had to buy air fresheners to survive the night it was like mold or Sewer type smell, then there was no shampoo conditioner or body in the dispensers, had to come out of the shower in a towel to call for them to send me some. The carpet was very dirty not only in the room but the hallways.

It was stress free, the staff didn't bother you and checkout was simple. So was checking in very quick.

It had Real strong musky like mold smell in our room from the air conditioner, it was not a pleasant smell at all! If you can make sure you get there early so not to get the room nobody wants

We especially liked the friendly and helpfulness of the staff. We had great hamburgers and fries in the dining room.

staff were no help With any question we had about the place. ac was cold but made a funny sound all night. we didn’t know you can’t make any bets on sport games and they also didn’t show the ufc fights nor the boxing matches in their sports bar. I couldn’t even pay the hotel to play it in my room. no hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. must bring your own.

Had to turn off AC our allergies acted up real bad may need filter cleaned not sure one of the pillow smell like it sweat other then that it was very nice
