I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Premier, super accommodating & professional staff They were very hospitable ( I mainly dealt with lady at the front desk/ Basil&Abrar (sorry for butchering the names :) and they were pleasant and super knowledgeable, rooms kept clean and fresh everyday! Will Definitely recommend checking it out! Hopefully will stay there again! Thank you!

The hotel is decent for the money, there is no wow about it. Decently clean but rather lifeless. It is a dry hotel. A good place if you plan to be out most of your day, otherwise there is only the tv in the room with limited selection of channels to watch ( no nat geo, bbc earth, discovery, etc.).

At night when we arrived they informed us gym is not working. Then next day there was a note that swimming pool is not working until further notice but the gym is back to operation. I went to see the gym.. very poor. Sink was blocked and hair dryer was not working until we called them to fix. Room with no view. In my case we didnt stayed much in the hotel but still they should inform us.Thumbs up for housekeeping team as they were great. Service overall poor. Iman was great. Quick check out

That we did have a few logistical problems, mainly the power being out for several hours, it was unavoidable in the area and the hotel had a backup generator. The service is excellent and the hotel is convenient to Avenues Mall. Room is modern and comfortable.

Stayed for one night. Everything ok. We had dinner in one of their restaurants - The City Kebab. The food was very good.

Amenities are new, modern, and clean. Spacious. Had a great stay.

The open atrium design is beautiful but it also means that you can hear the elevator doors shutting throughout the night.

The property is ok but the upkeep is really bad. My bedroom carpet literally had sand and looked as if it has not been cleaned and shampooed for ages !!

The hotel is well maintained. The staff is really helpful and friendly. It was no problem to extend my stay into the evening, as I had a middle-of-the night flight out of Muscat The check-in went fast. The hotel is equipped with two pairs of elevators, one pair at each side of the Atrium restaurant. Very convenient, the waiting time can be measured in seconds. The elevators are spacious and equipped with glass walls. I was very pleased to find complimentary bottles of water in my room. The fridge is of standard size. It is also very nice to find power outlets located above the desk. I hate having to get down on the floor and crawl around to look for power outlets that are hidden away, out of sight. The internet connection was fast. It was not a problem to download podcasts and stream videos. The food in the Atrium restaurant is good. I'd like to compliment the omelette cook; the cheese and mushroom omelettes were an awesome way to start the day! I tried one fish dish for lunch. It was tasty and generous in size. There is also a small coffee shop with cakes and sweets in the lobby area, as well as a kebab restaurant. The chicken kebab and Turkish pizzas were great. There were a Spar and other local stores in the vicinity of the hotel. I find that Muscat is a more relaxed and genuine city than e.g. Dubai. I will definately go back to Oman soon, and am looking forward to stay at the Best Western Premier Muscat again.

Very happy with the bed and the service I received. I had to borrow a travel adaptor and the one I received had seen better days(not the best fit). Other than that, I would still book there again.

The gym is junk. The shower also leaks outside the shower area.

Great value option; well located. A cheap cab ride to the attractions and mall

Fine hotel seemingly catering to business crowd both loxal and international. Easy location for access to airport and roads out of town. Nothing to do or see nearby or within walking distance. No bar but the restaurant buffet seemed to be always open for one meal or another. I stayed twice. One room was clean and quiet but the 2ns had an awful deep throbbing noise from a generator that the hotel couldn’t fix or resolve.

Very good. Value for money stay. Location is very good. Within walking distance to many nearby businesses. The hospital still fells new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
