Just an overnight stop on our way via miami airport out of the country . It was very convenient.

My wife and I stayed here after a long flight, unfortunately my wife was ill during the flight and when we checked in but the young guy on the desk went out of his way to help us up to our room. Also the staff were very helpful when we had to call an ambulance the next morning as her condition worsened. If this rating was down to the people (staff) it would easily get 5 stars. I gave the hotel 4 as there are some things that could improve: - Have a wheelchair for accessibility needs - A lot of the machines (ice maker, drinks machines) did not work. That’s fine, but the hotel should not wait until a customer tells them, they should do periodic checks to ensure everything is available. - The breakfast was ok, but there were no healthy options such as fruits. Again the juice machine was not working or the ice/water machine, and the coffee machine in the dining area. When we asked one of the waitresses, she struggled with English, shrugged her shoulders and said “no electic”. That was her full explanation with no further support in doing something to ensure the customer has a solution or alternative to the problem. To be fair, after I informed the reception about floor 4 ice machine was not working, it was fixed in 5 mins. In summary the reception staff and the maintenance man were excellent in helping us in an unfortunate personal situation. Thank you

Very old hotel that needs major upgrades everywhere! Not so friendly staffs. Hotels maids were so rude and didn’t even want to say good morning back even after my 2nd attempts. Not a pleasant stay!

Hotel was close to airport. Shuttle service from airport was easy and efficient. Check in easy. Perfect for early flight next day.

This was an airport stopover stay. No food.. only breakfast. The whole hotel is dated but.. I slept well, the room had everything we needed, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was excellent

We were very comfortable and had good sleep and rest. Price is worth for what was paid. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service should be increased as we were standing at the airport for almost an hour before we saw the shuttle. Should be every 15 minutes instead of 30 min service.

Good value for money, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety of options and varies every day.

large room and walk in shower. No safe but has a fridge. Also a self serve guest laundry. Comfortable and clean. Used the airport shuttle to get to the airport bus terminal. However, while it's a great airport hotel, I would have stayed at the beach if I had the time.

The desk person was very friendly and professional. He confirmed we had black out curtains. Our curtains were an inch too short. We spent the night with the parking lot lights illuminating our room. We were tired and looking forward to sleep. Also, we travel extensively for business. The breakfast was the worse we had ever experienced. Eggs were dried disks. With greasy sausages as the only accompaniment. Just because it is a “free” breakfast shouldnt be so cheap.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff and the room was clean and well maintained.

We stayed for one night because we had a 12 hour layover to get back home. I was very impressed with the timeliness of the shuttle pick up at the airport. I called the number and we went to one of the exit doors as directed on level 2. Shuttle was there in 13 min. considering the horrendous traffic around MIA. Once we got to the hotel check in was super easy and we were give a map of area restaurants we could walk to. The first shuttle out in the morning is 4am. We will definitely stay here again if we have a long layer over in MIA. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the free breakfast because we were on the 4am shuttle to catch our early morning flight. Everyone was very nice.

No good eatery within walking distance.

The lighting in the hotel room and lobby dining room is dark. It’s like they are trying to save money and not turning on all the light. Or they change the lightbulb to dim.its so hard to put make up on and get ready to go out. It’s so dark!
