Standard basic motel. The service from Venus was excellent. Close to amenities.

The Bosuns Motel at Coffs Harbour is a quaint little family operated motel with a friendly and devoted staff who go out of their way to help their guests enjoy their stay. While it isn’t the most modern building and doesn’t have all the technology associated with larger hotels, it is clean and comfortable and the free wifi is A-1. There is plenty of coffee & tea-making equipment, and the smart tvs have all the necessary channels and apps to make rainy days a pleasure. It is a 5 minute drive from Coffs shopping centres & just a 5 minute walk from the surf at Park Beach, and across the road from the Bowls Club restaurant and the famous Hoey Moey, & next door to the local Shell service station which make the best burgers. The wonderful hosts made our stay a real pleasure.

Stayed there last year as very clean and well kept. Large group of men there for Oztag monopolised the entire outdoor area and were very noisy for long periods of time. No regard for other 's needs. Manager could have prevented this.

We booked 2 nights and added a 3rd. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable and the quiet pool area was nice to relax in. Located just across the street from a long sandy beach and a short walk to restaurants and other services. We would definitely stay again if visiting Coffs Harbour

Away from the rush of town centre & convenient to all amenities. Have stayed at Bosun’s several times & have had no problems.

Great Location and very Welcoming… only downside is the noise from other guests outside the rooms…. Would benefit from double glazing… but yes I would return… Preferably when there is no surf competition running….

Bosuns is a clean and comfortable motel, the hosts are lovely and very helpful. Don’t expect all the bells and whistles, but you can expect it to be clean and comfortable, and close to some good restaurants, clubs and pubs I travel frequently, and will be back

To the owners - If you want a part time job, don’t run a hotel. To Expedia Customers - Don’t waste your time booking here. Staff don’t care about their “valued guest’s” or your safety, only getting your $$$, especially if you book through Expedia. Profits before people. Check-in only 2-7pm & if you dare to question them, they’ll just cancel your reservation & leave you stranded. Motel looks like a dive. I wasn’t surprised to see they were one of few hotels that still had vacancies.

We had a friendly welcome when we arrived explaining everything we needed to know. The room was clean, beds were comfy and I loved having the kitchenette that was stocked with crockery and cutlery. There were also clubs close by that we could walk to for dinner.

Quaint little stay, great central location for what we wanted. Beds were super comfortable but no extra blankets. Fridge/freezer seal not very good, some food spoiled. Cutlery and crockery provided but had to wash dishes in the bathroom.

Good family room with two singles apart from each other which helped getting the kids to sleep. Bathroom is one of the smallest I have ever been in, but was sufficient for our needs. Water pressure was good. Reception staff were chatty and cheerful.

A neat and tidy room and complex. Perfect for an overnight stay. Great location opposite the beach and the kids loved the pool.

Easy to find and many eating places nearby but closed as public holiday. went to bowls club and food was typical RSL style, 3 out of 5 at best.

The reception was excellent; friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room with a queen bed and was very happy with the size of the room, the cleanliness was exceptional. Everything you needed was there. Only stayed 1 night and if I had to stay more, I'd definitely book Bosuns again.

Very clean and neat accommodation. Basic and practical for a short stay. Close to the beac and some nice restaurants at the harbour. The air conditioning was the quietest one ever experienced in a motel room.
