The stay was good only a few issues I had. There was no paperwork on how or what TV channels were available to use. The bathroom door was sticking to the floor like it was not leveled properly. Not enough of the right cooking utensils to use. The walk way to the front door was never properly shoveled. One of the single beds was being held up by wood blocks. The dresser drawers on most of the bedroom furniture were sticking and old.

There was plenty of common space for two couples. The heat worked great and the entry way allowed for the cold to be nicely shut away from the common area.

The experience started with the door to the entrance closet, falling and hitting my girlfriend. The bathroom was not very clean, no water pressure in shower and the bathtub did not drain. You were standing in 3 inches of water, while taking a shower. I advised the front desk about these issues, upon check out. I requested a phone call from a manager, so I could discuss. I have not received a call as of yet. I have stayed on their properties before, I will not in the future.

Very close to the village while providing peace and tranquility. No A/C, but the property was comfortable for the time of year we went. Clean, but definitely showing signs of age. The pool was a great bonus.

I did not like les manoirs at all smelly old dingy..Annie from the hotel Chateau Beauvallon was a great help she found me a 3 bedroom room in the hotel which i paid extra but i was really happy ...Service was excellent..

I had an email saying the 4 tide pods will be given but nothing was there and when we called to ask for it we were told that it was something we had to bring on our own. Only advance of this property is, it is very close to town so 10 min walk.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. This condo had everything we needed as well as some board games to help pass time when the weather wasn’t so pleasant. Each room was comfortable and spacious. Only minor thing is a few outlets need replacing but otherwise it was a perfect time. The condo is in a good location with shuttle service and is quiet. We will be back again

Great area, great condo, very good skiing for the East Coast. If you live on the West Coast this is worth the travel East

No information was provided about the check in details.There is no reception at this resort and no one was there nor was there any signage about how to check in.We lost 2 hours trying to check in. Once we found out we had to check in at another resort, I had missed a tee time for 3 people at a lost cost of over $450.00.The resort had no view and poor furnishings. the condo was nice and clean. We feel like at home. my kids enjoy the deers walking near by ! It is very quiet. The frequent shuttles makes it very easy to access the ski slopes. We loved it.

While the surroundings are beautiful, the weather was very cold for skiing - so we stayed indoors. Unfortunately, we were a little more cramped than expected as the condo description was misleading and was missing the featured "den" which did not give us all the space we desired. Despite paying peak prices for a condo we did not receive, Tremblant Sunstar did not provide any credits / refunds. BTW, despite the advertisements, Tremblant Sunstar does not have any 3 BR + Den condos in their rental pool.

I went off of the map when selecting this location. The site isnt in the village but a short trip by car. There is free parking near by and also shuttle service from 8 to 4.

Everything was ok, but what made me write this review was that the condo wasnt at the location indicated on the map on Hotels.com. I paid extra to be in the village, but wasnt even there... I had to walk a lot more than what I had hoped for.
