Very clean and the essentials were provided, like toiletries, Fridge, and coffee. Walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs to enjoy many restaurants/pubs and stores to satisfy anyone. Very reasonably priced rooms too.

We only stayed for a night and got up early for a hke in hte morning. The staff communicative and friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It is a little far from the historic city center, but otherwise would stay here again!

The motel is very well kept. Our room was super clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is within easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Our vehicle didn't leave the parking lot the whole time we were there.

This absolutely a quaint motel. Easy check in and out, very friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. Room was perfect and very clean. Didnt eat breakfast at the motel. Has a nice little gazebo to sit outside. Was only here one night but the area has so much to offer, we want to come back again for a longer time frame and will reserve a room here at the Eagle Motel. It wont disapoint!

This was an older hotel. The room was clean, but it smelled musty and old. Probably because of the carpet on the floor. The owners live at the hotel and were very nice people. He had a little Continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs and toast and cereal, etc.

The property is located just east of downtown, so you can walk to stores, dining, and attractions without paying for parking. The hotel is an older building but clean. Nice views from the second floor. The people were friendly and the Continental breakfast was good.

Super clean rooms! Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms were very large with comfortable beds. We also ordered the BEST Chinese food we’ve ever eaten when we were there. It was from Jade Dynasty. They delivered and it was fabulous! All in all a great stay! Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very convenient to where we were riding, clean rooms for being an older motel plus he let me check in early so I didn’t have to come back down from the trails. Friendly and nice variety for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, simple motel. Has fridge, coffee maker, plenty of clean towels, new tv with all the channels, etc. nice staff. Quiet location. Can't beat the price. Great choice if you need a base location for doing the incline, biking, hiking, etc.

Do not overlook this place! I know the standard photos don't show its true potential, but this place is great! It truly is a gem!
Its newly remodeled, clean and might have one of the most comfy beds. It's easy to overlook it and go to a "bigger" name place, but I promise you can't go wrong with this quaint gem. It is located near everything and in a great walkable area!
For all of you who haven't been to Manitou Springs, its a charming small town with mainly older hotels, even the "bigger" name places! So go support the smaller companies/owners who run the place day and night without a break!!

Super clean, well kept motor Lodge in a perfect location. The motel is conveniently located across from a free shuttle into Manitou Springs. Rooms were large and very clean with firm beds, fridge, coffee maker, and tv. We will stay again.

Cozy little place in the shadows of Pike's Peak. Great if you're only using your room for sleep. It is pretty convenient for walking, we never moved the car. They offered Continental breakfast that consisted of coffee and prepackaged pastries. We opted for the pancake house down the street.

This is an older motel but it was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very hot while we were there and the ac worked great yo keepnthe room nice and cool. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Manitou Springs. The free shuttle stop was just down the street. We were even allowed tonleave our vehicle in the parking lot on checkout day to use the free shuttle to the cog railway, which is very convenient since parking is limited and costs $20 at the depot! This place is in a great location and very affordable! Would definitely say again.

Very old property very little updating done furniture wise. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No elevator to rooms on second floor. Refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot, worst tasting tasting coffee ever even with cream and sugar. We stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping had to go ask for anything we needed to replace. Everything was of the lowest quality a quantity. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this would work great but for more than over night I’d keep looking

Reminded me of the places my parents would choose when I was a kid. Basic, clean & affordable. Has everything you need & close to everything. The terrace was cute & has a nice view of the mountains. The staff was super nice & love free breakfast.

Despite the outward appearance, the Eagle Motel was a great place for us to stay. Our room was clean, well lit and stocked. The owner was cleaning rooms when we got there, and he was always available if we needed anything. Our room was above the office, had some simple furniture on the patio with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Considering it was built in 1954, it is well kept and a perfect place for a quick two day trip.
