We had a great experience staying in thus property.

We loved the view. Wish we could have stayed longer honestly! The only Issue we came across was our bathroom sink leaking. The maintenance staff took care of it though. The safety lock box in our room was broken, but we weren’t too worried since we felt Very safe during our stay. We would would definitely come back here again.

Absolutely excellent - the staff are very friendly and very helpful! 2 nice pools. The bar closes a little early at 10pm but overall had a wonderful stay!

Romantic Beach staff were so kind and hospitable! They were very accommodating throughout our stay- from check-in, breakfast, scooter rentals, tours, transfers to check-out. The staff went above and beyond - kudos to the team! The location is perfect, as it is beachfront and walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a short ride to Cloud 9. We would definitely stay here again.

I like the ambiance and the staffing are great. Except the owner is not friendly, he sit at the dining table almost every day and didn’t even say hi or greet anybody the whole time we where there.

You can find a much better hotel in siargao, only good thing is the location. Our room was disgusting, the bathroom smelt so bad and was unbearable. Staff had to ask at least 3 times every day (we were there for 5 nights), we were never given towels or toilet paper and always had to ask.Staff were so lazy and to busy talking to each other.I have never experienced anything like it before and am so disappointed as we are on our honeymoon

The resort and staff are pleasant, the owner is quite a character, and there are some good eating options near by. I just wish the waves were closer. The resort is on the beach, but a long and shallow reef separates the ocean waves about a quarter-mile out. At low tide you can pretty much walk on dry reef to head out to the edge of the reef and the water. At high tide the water runs right up to the break wall so there is basically no beach. But the pool is great. I'd also not recommend staying in General Luna (GL) the entire time. Get out to Pacifico Beach resort (crashing waves may keep you up at night) or other options away from the main tourist fiasco and enjoy a more secluded stay. Main transportation to rent is motorbike, which can be heaps of fun if you have the skills, or slightly terrifying if you are new to that mode of getting around. WiFi was slow in general and very spotty in our room.

Great spot having a pool was great as tides goes out, very friendly helpful staff, close to other restaurants

Great location on the beach. Awesome that they have a pool, not always possible to swim in the ocean beacuse of the waves. Nice villas andreally nice staff. Tom Yum soup is delicious!

Last minute booking. Extremely happy with our choice. We had a beautiful two level villa. Complimentary breakfast had four choices to choose from; all were delightful. Sourrounding was stunning. Activities available was perfect and affordable. Walking distance to lots and easy access to public tricycles for 30 pesos each person. Staff were polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for our pleasant stay. I would recommend or be back.

first of all, the staff people are super nice....the give their best. the room was below average. no cabinet.... the shower is just next to the toilet, so the bathroom is always wet. in the evening it started to smell out of the pipes. they gave us a little refund...which was ok than. but all in all, the rooms are too expensive for what you get. the location itself is nice , with a nice restraurant area. it’s not far to the center. for going to cloud 9 you need to drive.

While the majority of our stay was very good, some of the staff members were rude, we had clothing stolen and when it came to get our prepaid airport transfer at the end of our trip the driver threaten to leave us on the side of the road unless we paid double the price.

This place was lovely. The hotel food was good and priced low. We did manage to get an ocean view from our balcony but it took a little convincing at first.
