The building needs an update and things need to be repaired. Several ceiling tiles were missing and the hallways were dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable parking my car there because the area does not look safe and there were several people “hanging out” in the parking lot. The room itself wasn’t too bad. I will not stay there again.

We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the fairgrounds. After reading some of the bad reviews a few days ago, I almost cancelled our reservation. I’m glad we did not. This a no-frills hotel, which we knew when we booked. Check-in was fast and staff are pleasant. The hotel is going through renovations, and our room was one that has been updated. It was clean, the mattress appeared newer, and the bathroom had a new sink. A huge TV and a fridge and microwave were in the room, as well as plenty of storage. Although this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, we were each given a goodie bag upon check-in that included a bottle of water, apple juice, yogurt, an apple and orange, and a breakfast bar. That was a very nice, unexpected touch. The only downside, which wasn’t even a huge inconvenience, was that we arrived home late and the parking lot was full, so we parked across the street. Nice stay at a decent price.

I think they are trying to update the property but it has a long way to go. The room is better then you think it could be by looks of the outside and lobby. There is newer floor whebut they carpet is cover the other half of the room and feels as though they placed it over random chucks of rock. The carpet feels wet to your feet and leaves your feet black if you mistakenly choose to walk barefoytside

Booked a stay there due to the pool they had promoted on their website. When we arrived a week later, the pool was in the middle of being renovated. Checked their website that night, there was no mention of the pool being temporarily closed whatsoever. They update their prices daily but don’t bother to let customers know that one of the big reasons some people use hotels for is not available.

No outlet covers old food on the floor and slamming doors all night

There were no outlets I got shocked while plugging the fridge in there was no fire alarm and there was old ketchup on the floor.

The staff was was very unprofessional. I walked I. The door and told the person at the front counter that I was in town for truck driving school and the I was told from the school that the hotel would give me a discounted rate. The person behind the counter didn’t care about a discounted rate and seen very upset and annoyed. I explained to him that my wife booked my room online under my name he acted is if he couldn’t see it and made me book a room from the expedia.com website. I told him it my wife already booked the room in which I gave him the confirmation number. He then inconvenienced me to the point that he made my wife email her drivers license and credit card information. Long story short this was by far the worst hotel stay from hell.

Clean. Being updated. Suited our stay just fine. Close to four grounds

Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were pretty clean. Everything seemed damp, but that’s probably from all the humidity.

The people at the front desk also looked like they had just woken up at all times of day. The rooms were ok, the bathroom door hit the toilet so you couldn't even open the door all the way. Under the bed I found a bottle of body armor that the previous guest drank. Best part of the stay was how comfortable the bed was.

Upon coming in to check in I waited to be helped. I noticed the sign on the glass stating to let them know if you have a pet. As the man checked me in he kept saying don’t smoke in the room. If he hadnt been busy being judgemental and rude he would’ve heard me tell him I had pets. I came back later on with my dog I was in the room no more than 5 mins and the phone rang he was yelling at me about my dog. I told him i told him and it was a pet friendly place it had said. He charged me for 15$ Pet fee I gave him 20 and he didn’t give me change. My boyfriend got there and asked what the issues was and if we could wr least get our money back. The guy started yelling at Us, no refund! He called the police on us and tried to get a no trespassing on us. We didn’t stay and would like our money back !

Hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful as always, pool is in state of dosrepair, rooms and po area need updating, best continental breakfadt though

Slept great & bag of breakfast was good..The night clerk lady was really helpful & nice...i'd stay again....

My wife likes to use two towels. The second one is for her hair after showering. I asked for one and they gave us two. There was a question on whether we were spending one night or two. We gave them our confirmation number. While still looking for our receipt, they had continued to check on everything and came up with the information they needed and let us know in faster time than we used in locating our receipt. The staff were all friendly and helpful when needed. We found our room and the lobby to be quite clean. Remodeling was going on outside, so we found that to be a good sign. The Inn with its new face should be quite attractive.

Area and people staying here were all very sketchy. Would definitely not leave valuables in car. Hallways were filthy with clutter. Smelled like bad ass and weed. Got in room and was suprised that it was very clean. And a/c did work

Less than enthusiastic about the neighborhood. But the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful
