I travel a lot for business but this little Gem in the heart of Freetown is absolutely perfect. The staff is well trained, polite and very thoughtful to everyone needs. Never stayed in a hotel where the housekeeping is so on point. JUST LOVE IT

Honestly this is the Best Hotel ive stayed in Sierra Leone. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. The Aberdeen Circle which is steps away from this hotel has easy access to ATM options, local phone sim & minutes top up, shops, and local transportation options to get anywhere.

I stayed at the HomeSuites for several nights while attending a nearby conference. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Water bottles were refreshed daily. The staff was attentive to any requests or questions. The restaurant (Swan) and the bar (Vanity) were both delicious and welcoming. I appreciate all efforts of the team to ensure the stay was enjoyable.

The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
Our air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived. The manager ensured that a new one was installed - that’s what I call excellent customer service!

It was not a good stay we paid $170 a night and the electricity kept going, hot water was very limited we could not get a wash cloth in our room, the toilet cover was broken and he toilet tissue was wet. The workers have resentment for African Americans, no politeness nor urgency.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and friendliness of the staffs, especially Hakim. He was very professional and gave me a warm welcome. The hotel itself is nice. The room I was given was very huge, I believed I was upgraded. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I appreciated many things about the Home Suites Boutique Hotel— Friendly reception, two bottles of water in the room, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and a great suggestion for a driver/guide.The only downside is that the food is very pricey — about the cost of a dinner in the US (a dinner on the fancy side).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room is clean, the amenities are plenty and sufficient inside the rooms. They even offered liquid soap, which is a germophobe dream. The fitness is 24hr. The reception and staff are very polite and accomodating. The room is super clean and the toilet seat is sterilized and sealed after every stay. It was amazing.The only area of improvement is the restaurant, the breakfast is subpar and the other food options are so-so. But there are plenty restaurants nearby so it should not be a problem. I will recommend the hotel and I will surely stay again.

From the moment we checked in we knew we were in good hands… the hotel staff is extremely polite, resourceful and well trained in customer satisfaction. We stayed 2 weeks and we didn’t feel it was that long. The room was always very clean and the restaurant were top notch. Yiu can book with your eyes closed!

The place is very clean. The staff is very polite but I used the bag holding service and they stole from my bag. I also used the hotel three different times and only recieved the wine once.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and will stay whenever I visit Freetown. They services from all staffs starting with the securities at the main entrance, front desk, dining room and house keeping are exceptionally good. The location is of course ideal for transportation at your desired destination to various locations in the city

good reception, good distribution of the rooms, the restaurant staff is not very friendly, if you have to check out do it with hakim otherwise you will lose a lot of time and maybe miss the boat or the plane.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. I picked this hotel based on the reviews, and it was a great decision. The location is good, the rooms are clean and spacial, the bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. The breakfast buffet is the cherry on top, there is a variety of food, and the taste is delicious. The chef's specials are so delicious. Security is good, it feels safe, and the staff is always asking if everything is alright. The general manager Alain is a great guy who is constantly making sure your experience is great. Generally speaking, the attention to detail in this hotel is what makes it unique and I was greatly satisfied with my stay.

It's my third stay here at Home Suites hotel. What impresses me most about this hotel, is their very high level of service and customer care. Throughout my stay, from check in to check out, I felt appreciated and welcomed. The hotel is well organised, secure and safe. The rooms are very tidy, spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great with a good selection. The manager and staff (reception desk, restaurant, door, security and house keeping) have always rendered an exceptional service, hence my third stay here. They are always so extremely helpful, pleasant, polite and also willing to assist you in whatever way possible. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable and safe. Your comfort is their highest priority.
