We stay for a week and we’re made so welcome by Ahmet and his team . The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Kalkan .Our room had a fabulous view of the harbour very well appointed for this class of hotel comfortable bed and good sized bathroom . The included breakfast was superb taken in the roof top restaurant overlooking the bay of Kalkan . We ate at the restaurant on four nights of our stay . It has an Asian menu and both the Indian and Chinese choices are outstanding . Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and restaurant and hope to return soon .

The owner/receptionist is very kind and gives any kind of advice or information you ask. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. A little bit noisy place because of the discobar nearby. Overall, a very pleasant stay

Very friendly staff- easy check -in. Modern updated room with excellent facilities. Could do with a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels after use.

Wonderful roof terrace views at Breakfast. Fun and friendly staff who seem happy with their work who were very accommodating to requests. Delicious buffet spread offering a wide range of breakfast items. The triple room we were in was huge, spacious a d well equipped with kitchenette and the air con worked perfectly. Fab location, close to night Bazaar and beach.

The roof terrace where breakfast is served is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only gripe was for the first few nights I didn't sleep well due to the sound system at Mojito Bar. In time I got more used to it. All in all a great holiday.

considerably small rooms - perfect only for 1 night sleep over. parking is easy just 1 minute away from the hotel on a bigger parking spot - free of charge, but served on first comes, first gets basis. staff didn't speak much English but we still managed check-in and basic staff like wife, keys, etc. Wi-Fi is not usable at all, very slow.

Great central place to stay. Excellent value for money. The breakfast is superb especially sitting on the roof top terrace with a spectacular view. Staff couldn’t be any more friendly. The room was basic but was all I needed as a base. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful rooftop where a very delicious and plentiful breakfast was served (the homemade marmalade was particularly fantastic). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they offered to bring breakfast to the room as I was injured from walking. Unfortunately, I guess due to low numbers staying at the hotel, it was sometimes difficult to find staff (eg at check in and to get dinner).

Close to many great restaurants, wonderful view of the harbour. No swimming pool, but close to pebble beach. Good Breakfast but self service.

Nice hotel with cool roof terrace on an excellent location in the enchanting village of Kalkan. The restaurant/ bar on the roof terrace is really cool. Super view. And they can make tasty cocktails. Super friendly staff.

Booked the hotel on a Wednesday for Thursday/Friday same week. I got sick Wednesday evening and email the hotel to cancel and a refund or rebooking for a week later. Never received a reply. Bad service. Money was gone. Will never use nor recommend this place, no matter how good people think it is.

We stayed two nights. Small, friendly and nice hotel. If, and when coming back to Kalkan we will book Zinbad again. We had a very nice stay.

Zinbad was a charming small hotel where we stayed for a planned one night. The room was smallish but quite delightful. The roof terrace was lovely and the meal we had was nicely presented as was the buffet breakfast. Helpful friendly staff.A Good

Enjoyed our stay mainly due to its prime location close to everything, its delicious breakfast and beautiful rooftop view. Nothing spectacular about the rooms and bathrooms they were small but clean. We had a balcony which we enjoyed having. We needed to get to the bua station and they called us a cab which arrived within 1-2min very convenient. You could also walk but we were in a hurry. Also the hotel is near a dolmus stop which takes you to/from kaputas beach and/or kalkan so again very convenient. Helpful staff as well.

I guess there is nothing terribly wrong with this hotel. It is a beach hotel, with small rooms, many of which (I hear) have a beautiful view. Had I stayed in one of those rooms, my review may have been very different. However, I stayed in a tiny room with an OK bathroom and a terrible air conditioner, and the room faced a relatively noisy street. I booked very late, so not getting a great room was expected. However, the staff were really quite rude, complaining to me about other customers and overall not being very professional or helpful. The hotel also has quite a few stairs which may be problematic for some. The terrace where breakfast is served has a beautiful view but breakfast is average. In any case, I think there are probably much nicer hotels for the same price in Kalkan, and if not you should probably stay in nearby Kas.
