Beds were super comfy. Staff does not stay onsite overnite so if you need something, there is no one there. Must be able to use stairs if on 2nd or 3rd floor as there is no elevator.

The ONLY thing wrong is the ice machine was broken. Everything else was great! The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The location was convenient. We will be back!

Green Gables is a great price for a quick trip to Branson. We used two rooms so was looking for a good price. Very pleasantly surprised by the vaule of Green gables. The only disappointment was there was no fresh fruit for breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. And best of all, no funky smell.

For the price it was pretty great. Cant bet it. The bed was actually more comfortable then the resort we paid 4 times the price for. Breakfast was like another Breakfast place just simple but good.

The hotel appeared clean. The room was clean. VERY outdated. The door to every room around us, including ours, had to be slammed in order to get it shut. The shower was horrible. Furniture was quite dirty & outdated.

Room was fine. Needed some minor updating. Otherwise it was clean. The breakfast was not as expected. Had biscuits and gravy each morning. But eggs and sausage patties was alternated every other day. I’ve never seen a motel that does that. I inquired of one of the front office staff
about that and was told they didn’t want the added expense to offer both items daily as every other motel does have. My wife and I made about 7 or 8 trips to Branson in 2024 that included about 35 nights. I haven’t decided whether I’ll consider a return to this location for future trips to Branson

I was surprised that the room was as nice as it was considering we paid under a 100 per night. Smelled clean. Quiet. Breakfast offered many choices. Coffee was good.

This is not our first time staying here. We chose to return due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The beds are so comfortable I could lounge around all day. It is close to everything on the main strip. Easy check in and out.

Advertisement of a room that sleeps 5 is misleading. #5 is considered an infant with the family supplying their own bed. My 3 kids are teens. They gave me ONE blanket and ONE pillow and told me to have one sleep on the floor. No thank you. To their credit they did give us a refund, but we did have to drive home that night. Got home at 2am.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We have had to travel to the Branson / Hollister area a few times in the last couple of months, and several more coming up, and find that Green Gables Inn suits our needs very well.

Stayed 6 nights, had to call for towels late in the evening 2nights because our room wasn’t cleaned… we were on bottom floor and room above us people were running around pounding! The toilet didn’t have a lid so you had to be careful not to drop anything in the toilet! No plug ins by the beds, they did have a 4 prong unit but it was so loose it would hardly hold our chargers for phones. Light bulb out in lamps! Didn’t even have a comforter on the bed! It was just a piece of cloth! Blanket was thin so you got cold easily.

Wonderful experience. Older hotel but super clean, very quiet, very affordable. Staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bed was too high for me to get into comfortably as I'm 5'0 tall. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast left something to be desired. Biscuits( hard as a rock)and gravy(thin and watery)with sausage or eggs(rubbery). Coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

As a value proposition it was terrific. We were in town for several days of medical treatment and this facility helped us feel comfortable and rested.
We have several multi-day treatments coming up separated by a few weeks here and there and we pan on staying here over and over.

My husband is disabled so when we booked, we requested either a few stairs or no stairs. We paid completely at booking. When we arrived we were told they did not know and put us on top floor and since we had already paid, we could pay additional $10 to be moved downstairs and only have 6 stairs. We felt we had no other choice. The room was clean - smelled a little musty but was clean. Good price and location

Well kept older property. Strange parking all head in angle, either have to back out of property or turn around in the dirt. Beds were too soft. Breakfast was lacking, runny gravy and either sausage or eggs but not both.
