The room we had was very small for two people and two medium sized suitcases, but it was sufficient enough for the price. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is within walking distance to the train/bus station. We could walk into town, albeit up a ton of steps, buts that’s Portugal!
The local buses that take you to the palaces stop close by outside of the hotel. We chose to use an uber/bolt which was inexpensive and a TukTuk ride on the way home.
There is a very nice restaurant with great wine right across the street and many other nice restaurants in town.

Plane cancelled. Got in late and they got us setup in our room right away. Help getting cars to and from Lisbon. Great location close to trains and tour buses. Great breakfast.

Lovely hotel that is well situated - near train station and very walkable to many of Sintra's attractions. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. A definite winner!

The room was very nice and big. Very clean and a short walk to the train station and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation, including getting us a reservation which was required. I would easily stay there again. And the breakfast buffet was very good too.

This was perfect for our stay in Sintra. The location is good; it took about 5-10 minutes to walk into Sintra. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and really helpful, giving us lots of tips for which sights to see when. The room was a little dated and basic but we had no issues with it. We enjoyed our stay here.

Super satisfied, clean and nice! Quiet rooms, exceptional good beds. Felt super refreshed in the morning, I did not wake up even once during the night. A rare occurrence. Breakfast was nice and quite buried, friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good next to the train station. The lady Teresa in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. All in all we recommend this hotel. Give Sintra a few days, nice place with lots to see!

This hotel was great. My family and I had a wonderful stay. They were accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff had great recommendations.
Our only complaint would be that there was no internet in the rooms, and the technician only came on Mondays (we were there Wednesday-Saturday.) Since both my husband and I were working while there, it meant that we had to take turns working in the business area and being in the room while our toddler slept.

Superb location in Sintra, quite basic but clean and the staff were helpful. One slight drawback was there was no parking and finding spaces in this town was nigh on impossible. Other than that I’d definitely recommend it.

Location is a definite pro. Breakfast is very good but understaffed.
The hotel has a known wifi problem. The signal cannot reach the 2nd floor level. So pray you get a lower floor. Hotel is aware but refuses to upgrade the router.

Nothing was working. Safe, not working.
Wifi, not working at all. Breakfast, they ran out of everything in 30 mins and didn’t have any more. No shampoos, conditioners or lotion. Just a bed. Location was ok. No parking. You pay for things they do not provide. Very sad.

Stayed one night in Sintra and this modern hotel was just right, being close to the station. It's about 15 minutes walk into the historic part of Sintra but there are good restaurants close by. The room was spotless, comfy bed and efficient shower and Aircon but overall, a bit small for more than a couple of nights. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and all the staff we encountered were cheerful and helpful. The coffee machine from our room was missing, but we were able to use one in the breakfast area.

Amazing front desk staff who gives a 5 star service when it come to recommendations etc. Unfortunately their beds could be improved with adding an additional mattress since they are now are pretty much rock hard, if you problem with your back I would be concerned staying here for longer periods.

This little hotel was beautiful - scenery from our room on the second floor was beautiful, room clean with nice furnishings, and the staff were super helpful. We arrived a little early for check in and when we came back they had taken our cases to our rooms already! Also very helpful in sorting us taxis for a wedding, and any questions we had they were happy to help.
Loved this place, will recommend to anyone I know staying in Sintra. It’s also just a few minutes walk from the train station so very convenient.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, spacious rooms. It was a national holiday and we were right in the middle of the celebrations, but once our windows were closed completely quiet. Would most definitely book again.

The staff, particularly Therese, were amazingly gracious and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and a pleasant walk to the old town. There are several good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Our only wish was for a brighter light in the bathroom.

We ended up staying an extra night in Sintra and were very pleased with the clean and comfortable rooms. They were thankfully able to accommodate our last minute plans and took good care of us even with having to switch rooms for each night - it went seamlessly. The included breakfast is also top notch with friendly staff in all areas. Highly recommend for families and those who would like a walkable spot to explore from.

This is a small hotel one block from the metro. We booked 2 nights, 2 rooms. Desk personnel was very helpful, he recommended an excellent, inexpensive restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was offered with our room, not many choices since most everything was gone, even though there was over an hour left to breakfast service. We had to go to kitchen area to ask for coffee. There were 2 girls working the kitchen, but they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. Rooms were very quiet, very comfortable and very clean.
