Very friendly Staff, great location walking into Salamanca Centre, undergound safe parking, A bit difficult to find as the front of the hotel is in a side street.

It was the 3rd time we have used this hotel. Its very comfortable,and afgordable. Not far from the centre of Salamanca. We managed to get free parking across the road from the hotel.
As it was raining, we had a 3 course meal at the hotel restaurant. It was very good and at the right price.
We will definitely stayagain if in Salamanca.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is next to Mercadona, a supermarket with ready-to-go meals available. It is also exactly next to a bus stop and the Plaza Mayor is only a 10 minutes walk away.

Hotel is very old and uncomfortable. Service is amicable but very slow. You have to leave a deposit for the iron !!

Between 4am-6.30am, the fire alarm went off 4 times for no reason, so our sleep was disturbed. Not only that, the water in our bathroom sink, toilet & shower then turned brown. In the morning, as we were so tired, we couldn't get to breakfast in time. Yet the hotel provided us with no apology, no explanation, no late check out, no late breakfast and no monetary compensation. Although the water was running clear in the morning, they couldn't say where the dirty water had come from, so we had to ask for bottled water to clean our teeth and wash our faces with. Simply awful!

The hotel and location is fantastic the lady on reception when we arrived obviously hated her job she just told us the price of the parking and handed over the room key we had to ring reception for the wifi code she was terrible

Great hotel, 3rd stay during a drive to Portugal. The Old Town is easily walkable in 5mins and hotel has super underground carpark easily accessible in our 4x4, no problem with access or space size. Lovely light & sizeable rooms with fabulous powerful shower. Had breakfast for a few euro in a cafe just down the street.
Old Town & plaza are lovely for Tapas and drinks.

Handy for bus station, 5 mins walk, railway station more like 20 mins. Historic centre 5 mins. Good restaurant, 3 course set meal with water & glass of wine 17€. Modern and stlish with large rooms and bathrooms

I like this hotel very much.Its restaurant is excellent. But I would have liked it more if there were vegetables and sparkling water at the breakfast.

The hotel is near the center of Salamanca which allows you to stay out of the hustle and noise (during a festival or event) of the central area. The room and facility are well appointed and well maintained. Staff and our contacts were always polite and helpful. We are primarily English speakers and had no trouble communicating our needs. If you are looking for a modern hotel and amenities, this is a great one.

The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is a short walk across the bridge to attractions. Car park entrance is at the rear of the hotel. Free parking on the street if you can get it.

Modern hotel 10 minutes walk from plaza mayor.Staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious.Buffet breakfast had plenty choice.Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again

Great location and great hotel. Really helpful reception staff, safe underground parking with a fee, and access to the beautiful town is just a few minutes away. No food eaten as the choice locally was overwhelming.

This is a newer hotel, within reasonable walking distance to downtown. The central air & heat work very well. So does the wifi. Spotlessly clean. They need to add a trash can in the bedroom area. The shower is too sophisticated for the small space. The garage is very good, with reasonable space to maneuver. Lots of tourist groups. Overall, a good deal.

This well appointed hotel is only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of the vibrant older section of the city. It is a great location and hotel for a few days visit to the city.
