Superb accommodation and host. It was obvious that Kenny was well prepared in developing a comfortable and accommodating lodging and preparing guests for exploring the surrounding area.

Window broken, couldn’t close it Kettle on a high broken shelf, risk of scalding Carpet runner old not flat risk of tripping over Shelves came out into room, sharp edges kept bumping into them Toilet seat loose risk of slipping No shelf to put toiletries in bathroom, but owners toiletries placed on toilet cistern, hygiene issues

We stayed for one night. We received a lovely friendly welcome and were shown to our room. The room was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was ordered in the evening so was served promptly in the morning. It was delicious and there was lots of choice. If we are back in Inverness we'll certainly stay here again.

Nice rooms, very clean, great location in short walking distance to the center. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the freshly cooked hot breakfast with a considerable buffet is far more than one could expect for a free one.

Staying here was like being at home with lots of personal care and wonderful things to see! A shoutout to the owner, his breakfast’s were wonderful and his attention to the smallest details on where to go for entertainment made it a fantastic place to visit!

The location was only a 10-15 minute walk from the middle of town while also having easy access to the main highway (A9) and the Culloden battlefield. On-street parking was available in front of the B&B and required a permit. The small, paper permit Kenny allowed us to use was attached to a plastic board about 4 feet by 3 feet as a reminder to return the permit upon departure.

Wonderful guesthouse experience! Owner is very knowledgeable about the area and offered several very good suggestions for dining options that were wonderful!

Easy walk to shopping in Inverness commercial area. Excellent breakfast and friendly management.

Kenny, our host, was very welcoming and friendly. The property is very well maintained and clean. It is a 10 minute walk into the city center. Bed was very comfortable, towels were the perfect size and thickness. The bathroom amenities were of good quality. There was a full breakfast offering of cold and hot food, fruits plus cheeses & yogurt in the fridge. This was one of our best stays during our Scotland trip.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Inverness and if we return we would stay here again. Excellent in every way!

Short motorcycle trip around Scotland. I could not have chosen a better place to stay in Inverness than the Silverstrands guest house. Furthermore, the host - Kenny - could not possibly have been more helpful and friendly. All in all a perfect night's accommodation and breakfast.

Amazing two night experience. The host/owner was welcome in manner. Place is clean and tidy, breakfast was very good. Covid safety measures were encouraged and maintained throughout. I will definitely be booking again. 4 star value for money
