The location is great if u need to be in a Mall but thats about it.
On my recent stay, we experienced problems around the upkeep of maintenance & allergen safety.
1. The bed types are very limited, only SMALL DOUBLE or twin. It is really hard to sleep with a small toddler in a small double bed. It needs to be at least a normal sized double bed, not a smaller version of double bed.
2. Got scratched skin / surface damage tear across the right side of my face due to the sharp edge of shower head. I've shown the damage / mark to the receptionist on the same day. Manager on Duty is currently dealing with it after confirming the sharp edge was present. It has been almost 3 weeks & still havent received any confirmed action to solve this. Management need to speed up their efficiency. Not pleased so far, still being kept waiting. Pls get better at respecting your customer time.
3. Peanuts butter need to be closely monitor as it's dangerous for people with severe nut allergy. At times I understand it's difficult to police this but it's a matter of life & death for some people therefore restaurant staff need to be educated more, to take swift action when peanut butter had contaminated other items /knives nearby. It happened many days during my 9 days stay where I had to alert the staff to remove the contaminated knives around peanut butter jar.

The staff was great and the location very convenient to the airport and for shopping and dining. The view from our 2nd Floor window was terrible. When we open our curtain we're looking at pipes and dirty wall. You could have painted the wall and put some plants to make it look like a patio.

Check-in was smooth and straight forward. The receptionist staff were pleasant and professional, so did the member of staff who served the breakfast. The room was standard as expected, however, the carpet was stained and looks dirty. There were dirty marks on the bedsheet and pillows. I called the reception and they immediately sent someone who changed the bedsheet and all pillow covers. This member of housekeeping team they sent to my room was very polite and friendly. The next morning I found one if the bath towells smells musty..as if it hadn't been washed. Thankfully the other bath towell was fresh and clean. Not all member of staff was friendly, one of the staff member who responsibles to look after the lift was very very rude. Even after he said that maybe the lift emergency phone was broken, still he remains rude at that point. I will not stay in this hotel again.

I've been staying in this hotel for more than 8 years everytime I come to Jakarta. This time I found many improvement and staff also so helpful. Location also the best. The shopping centre even better now.

Location is the major plus about this hotel. It’s located next to a shopping mall with lots of food and drink to choose from.
The hotel room looked old and a bit dirty. Beddings and bathroom didn’t look very clean.

Overall stay is comfortable with the friendliness of the staffs; variation of breakfast menus and convenience locations we targeted. Could be better with newer stronger shower flows and toilet bidet and the lighting to use LED for brighter bathroom. Also to have couple direct USB plugs without the converter.

The room is not clean. It is non smoking room, but the cigarette smell is strong. The shower holder is broken.

The location is excellent, close to everything including the Airport and connected to Emporium Mall. The room is spacious and clean. The staff was friendly especially to Mr Sigit Wiantoro and his team for providing a great customer experience.
The lobby is on the 10th floor and not connected to the taxi drop off. I found it rather inconvenient if you have large suitcases and small children.

Being connected to a mall is a plus point for me since it’s convenient if I need something urgently. The downside for me is only a slow check in process and how chaotic the breakfast time could be, feels that there wasn’t enough staff on the ground during the breakfast time. Other than that all good for me.

The stay was decent and the service staff are all friendly polite. The room is clean but was able to see stain on chairs and curtain. The lacking part is the TV where there are only few channels available where I’ve to turn in early every night as the channel is just too boring.
The hotel is located right above the shopping mall. The mall is well equipped with all the amenities and you can find alot familiar SG brand in the mall.

The Room was comfortable and spacious! But the Floor in Dining Room was filthy!! 2 Employees that were supposed to prepare Eggs/ Omelets, were Rude! But other than that, pleasant stay!

One positive point about this hotel is its location which is near the airport and it's above a mall.
But considering the check-in staff who couldn't care less, corridor leading to room that reeked cigarette smell, stale smell in the room, presence of small ants in the room, safe & hairdryer not working, stained carpet and towels; even the toilet seat was stained with cigarette mark. In short, stay there if your life depends on it.

I was really surprised by this hotel. It’s in a bit of an odd place but for short stay, it’s perfect. The room was super clean clean, well laid out and great Aircon. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
