Very nice stay with all amenities that were detailed in the website. Very recommended if you're planning to stay for a short trip in Protaras as us.

Great location, very good space. A short stroll from the sea, kids could go to the pool in seconds (and watchable from the apartment), water station around the corner (a luxury in an island with shortage of drinkable water). The property could do with a little renovation, but still very clean and an excellent stay. Great value for money and with a homely feel. Would go again!

Massive studio apartment with very comfy bed and very helpful staff. Season not started properly yet so eating/drinking facilities at the complex were extremely limited but its only 5 minutes walk from some really nice places to eat (can recommend Ripples!!) Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The only negative was that there were no power points by the bed or, more importantly, by the dressing table which meant my partner was unable to use her hair dryer or straighteners while sat in front of the mirror.

The hotel has a very nice territory with mandarine and banana trees, swimming pool, swings for kids and even a small church. Our apartment was very spacious, absolutely clean, with the new stylish furniture. Very comfortable beds, nice baby-bed. We had all the cooking facilities, 2 pans and 1 pot, a lot of plates and cups. Shampoo in the bathroom, washing liquid in the kitchen. Speedy wi-fi. The stuff - Natalia & Olga - were so kind and nice!!! We were in January so to warm up the apartment we used the split system, which was in each room. To get to the closest beach which is amazing - 5 min, Lidl is 5-7 min by foot.

We wanted a relaxing holiday we could not have chosen better, absolutely enjoyed the place, and will certainly go back again as soon as possible, the accommodation was perfect and the service great.

The hotel apparent was very good . clean and very close to the beach. The hotel staff and manager were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the bus routes and there is nearby Lidl supermarket.

Lovely clean apartments, very pleasant staff, rooms great although no window in living room is a shame. Also disappointing that there is no service at the bar/restaurant, otherwise a nice place to stay

From arriving to leaving ten days later, our stay here was so relaxing, with friendly staff and lovely accommodation in tranquil well kept gardens. Plenty of sun beds round spotless pool.

ALL good, large apartment, beds very comfortable and cleaned daily, lovely staff
Things to mention no English Tv and walls really thin heard woman crying and walking around in heels all night! But just put on air con to drown it out.

Basic apartments that are very large and roomy. They are a little dated but dont let that put you off. Fantastic value and walking distance to the tourist areas.

Visiting Cyprus after almost 40 years with my Dad to re-explore my childhood, we chose Protaras as it was close to areas of interest to us - Larnaca, Dhekelia, Ayia Napa (Nissi) and Famagusta. Wanting nothing too expensive, Flokkas Apartments was extremely well priced during December - and was open! The apartment provided ideal accommodation for us, with car parking. The caretaker/cleaner was really friendly and attended to our apartment daily. We also found enough bars/restaurants open near to the hotel for our evening meal, and of course we could have cooked using the self catering facilities in the apartment.
I liked the Flokkas Apartments and Protaras so much I intend to take my husband and son back for a proper summer holiday next year, recognising that the apartments offered just what we would want - simple yet adequate accommodation, a pretty pool area with snack bar and located just off the main 'strip' for peace and quiet when needed, yet close enough to all amenities and the fun!

The cleanliness and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in this hotel were excellent. The limited heating left the room a bit chilly in winter weather. Also need to be aware that options for eating and getting cash are very limited in this area off-season (November to March or so) as nearly everything is closed. As long as you are prepared, the facilities are wonderful for the off-season price, and the staff is just great.

Left in a room with no fresh water for 24hrs and tank water dripping out of taps sink plugs to big for the waste fittings only there for a couple nights and NO ROOM CLEANING all they did was empty my bin bag and change a couple towels

The apartment was actually exactly as I expected (with air conditioning and all facilities). It was easy to park the car. They have a nice swimming-pool, but I haven't used it.

We went in off season time march so there were building works going on which meant it wasnt very nice for us to use the pool which was a shame. Hotel is very clean staff are helpful however there isnt always someone who speaks English on the front desk At all times

I'm the off seaso this place is shut, I had a meeting so stayed here, for me rocks all the boxes, nice staff, only seen two but they were great, crisp white and clean rooms with everything you would need. So perfectly functional and great value. There's always construction in off season so there can be noise but this is normal and not really many get to see or hear.

Very clean apartment with room cleaned daily, beds made daily and changed mid-week. Toiletries, clean towels, washing up liquid, toilet rolls provided. Went beyond our expectation for the price. Have stayed a few times before but is now much better under new management. New beds in the apartment are very comfy. Would return.
