Loved the location in the heart of Hua Hin, near the beach too. The rooftop pool is an oasis.

Use this hotel when in Hua Hin. It really is safe, quiet, convenient & overall very good value. It's just a pity they stopped serving breakfast, which used to be very good.

Proximity to beach and night market was great

Convenient hotel downtown Hua Hin. Customer focus could be better. We asked for the train times to Bangkok and the response from there receptionist was basically to find our for ourselves on the internet or go to the station to check. That is not the answer you expect. There were a few issues with the room such as free entry for mosquitoes via the entrance door. Bathroom had many mouldy spots due to design flaws. Nice rooftop swimming pool.

Great position, very clean but the pool bar NEVER opened

We stayed in a suite for 5 nights. Room is not too big but clean and quiet. The hotel and the rooms are very well and tastful decorated. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to night Market, convenient stores and only 5 minute walk to the Beach. The rooftop pool is wonderful. All in all a very pleasant stay at an inexpensive hotel with very friendly staff.

This place was fantastic but the wifi not so great. You can log on but it would not stay connected and would drop out all the time. The area is great right in the centre of town. The room was great and was on of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

I have been staying here on and off over the last 6 years. The only drawback is at times there are many groups of Chinese staying there. These people don't care for other guest staying here as they are so noisy. The breakfast staff are so obliging nothing is too much trouble for them. I will definitely stay again however I will monitor the school children holidays in China as to avoid these people.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. Many eateries around. Few minutes walk to night market.

Great location, near Hua Hin night market and restaurants

We have been stay here over the years. So far we have not been able to find better re position, shopping along with all other convenience. The front counter staff are very efficient and polite. The breakfast room has been revamped for the better. I do feel sorry for the staff at the breakfast as they have to walk up a flight of stairs to retrieve some special orders along with taking used plates ect.My suggestion is why not install a small lazy butler? delivery lift. Overall great will be back again.

Spacious rooms, good firm bed,great range of tv channels in English which is nice, my room did have a noisey air con unit. Nice rooftop pool overlooking sea. Very tasty breakfast. Very convient location. Fast check in. Stayed in the Premier Suite, great room with fantastic views! Very short walk to the night market and close to the seafood restaurants & bar area (all an easy walk). Small but pleasant rooftop pool. The breakfast area is a bit small though and can fill up quickly. Overall very satisfied, will return.

Amazing design and architecture inside the hotel gave an authentic experience. Perfect position between the beach, markets, station, shops, restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool was good as was breakfast. Great room high up with views of the city as well as the sea. Only let down was the shower was a bit dirty. Other than that I would stay again.

Booked for 3 night 2 single bed , but hotel full and give me and my niece same bed. Should had inform us early so I can find other hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chalelarn. The room was nice with stylish decor and comfortable bed. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub with rainfall shower. If you are older, you may find it difficult to get in and out of the tub. We liked checking out each floors elevator lobby to look at the Thai decor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Always a smile. The pool on the roof is a little small but has a nice view. It was rainy during our stay, so we didn't have a chance to swim in it. The breakfast was better than average in a nice little dining area. I would definitely stay there again.

Having come from a resort on Koh Samui this hotel was basic accommodation but that suited for a trip to a bustling city like Hua Hin. The hotel is in the middle of town and everywhere was in easy walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride. The night markets, seaside restaurants and all the small local pop up eateries are within easy walking distance.At the end of the day the rooftop infinity pool provided a sanctuary to recover from the days activities and a freshen up before dinner. There is also a quiet area to watch the sunset or to sit and chat.As the title says it doesn't have a vaulting foyer and large buffet breakfast but it is very clean, close to activities and plenty of eateries.
