Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Had welcome pack which was lovely and they thought of everything that could be needed for a comfortable stay I was very impressed. The room was quiet, air conditioning good. Bed very comfortable had good night sleep. Shower very good. Location was good, accessible to attractions and restaurants in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend and return again

This was a great hotel. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. We were just too busy. It was a great location! We walked pretty much everywhere and it was close car ride to the airport. It was nice just walking next door for a massage too!

Great little place in the heart of Chiang Mai makes it accessible to all important surrounding areas. The staff was always very nice and polite and even given us a free souvenir! What a nice people. The place was sparkly clean. I would rate this place much higher than a 5star hotel in Bangkok.

Chiangmai was amazing and hotel was simple and adequate. Breakfast was satisfactory but simple. Location was good and hotel looked new. Pool was smaller than expected and located between the two buildings - not much ‘atmosphere’

The best thing about this hotel is its location with walking distance to old town and the city center. The staff was very service minded and helpful. However, we were a little disappointed over the swimming pool since our expectations were that we could enjoy a couple of days sunbathing by the pool. Because of the buildings the pool area is shaded throughout the day and literally gives you no opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool and sunbathing. We tried but it was too cold. If you are choosing this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool you will be disappointed, but if you want a hotel close to the city life then you might enjoy it more. Overall it was a good stay.

We did not recieve the welcome drink that was supposed to be included. We asked ahead of time for a quiet room and we were put facing the street between the elevator and the stair case.

I stayed for 5N in this hotel which I was looking forward due to the 4.4 rating. But honestly, I do not think it is worth such a high rating due to a few reasons. 1) The so call free parking was along the road side which does not belong to the hotel. 2) the room I stayed on the 1st night was horrible due to the smell from the sewage system 3) the sound insulation from floor to floor is disturbing especially at night.

This is my go to hotel in Chiang Mai. Wonderful, warm and caring staff who go out of their way to help you whenever they can. I have been staying there 3 times now and each time is even better. This year I was in the new section of the hotel and the new room was great. Bigger and better. Due to the construction, which I understand is almost completed, the full breakfast option was not available but they had complimentary toast and great coffee (or tea). They are also almost finished a new pool which I am sure to use next time I go, as they never had one before.Thank you Cozytel for a wonderful stay. I can't wait to be there again.

For breakfast, it can be chosen from several menu. During our stay for 4 days, had Eggs Benedict twice. Fantastic! On the other hand, for lunch (breakfast?) box, neither good not bad...
Rental bicycle system is very convenient for us to go around so many WATs inside/outside the Old City. If we have a chance to visit Chiang Mai again, absolutely, will stay the hotel!

The hotel is very well located, I walked everywhere. There was a nice welcome drink and upon checkout they have me a cute little souvenir, which was really unexpected and a nice touch. But I wouldn't suggest it to solo travelers who want to meet other travelers.

Secluded and quiet in a nice corner. The museum was just right beside and everything else was walking distance, room was spacious and clean and i really enjoyed my stay

Great service, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable accommodations. The hotel is in a very good location and offers transfers to the airport and bus stations. If you wanna rent a bike or a scooter the hotel has some to offer. The breakfast you have to order from a menu but it is very nicely prepared, very tasty and served in good portions (breads, jams, butter and beverages are free), if you dont have time to eat at the hotel they offer you a breakfast in a box too take away with you. Ive spent the three days of Songkran Festival (Thailands Buddhist New Year) in Chiang Mai with my girlfriend, on arrival the staff gave us waterproof sleeves to put our cell phones and borrow us some water guns to enjoy the party on the streets. At checkout they gave us some cool little handmade keychains. I highly recommend Cozytel.
