I was happy with the price point of this property. I came in for a one night business travel. The water was hot, the bed slept, and the toilet worked just fine. I knew what to expect other wise so I was good. I would stay again under the same situation.

Room was noisy because it was next to highway. Curtain and chair were dirty. Sofa was also dirty. Costumer service was rude. They posted a clean room photos. They’re scam and deceptive. Never ever stay there.

The staff was very friendly and the pool was clean and temperate. The beds, though, weren’t very comfortable and the hallways reeked of marijuana. I don’t object to people smoking it, outside, but the smell in the hall was overwhelming. Especially since I’m very allergic & struggled with congestion & a couple of asthma attacks. The dresser drawers are off track and couldn’t open two, but that’s not a big deal to us.

This hotel was disgusting. They are paying people $5 for 5 star reviews. There's a sign right at the front desk. When we checked in our room had garbage between the bed and nightstand, dirty washclothes in the sink, and the floor looked clean but was so gross feeling that you had to wear shoes at all times. The shower drained so slow that it almost overflowed when I showered. Then my son couldn't even take a shower because it was still full of water and we had somewhere to be. Unfortunately, due to a concert in the area, all the other hotels were booked so we were stuck. You can tell that they are working on making improvements to the building and rooms but unfortunately the housekeeping is so bad. Theres no excuse for that. Obviously management doesn't inspect rooms after housekeeping is done for the day either as there's no way someone could miss a wet, filthy washcloth in the sink. And the vent in the bathroom was layered in so much dust that it's obvious it hasnt been cleaned in months, probably years. Stay here at your own risk and dont trust the 5 star reviews.

This hotel stay was great ! It was very quiet over night which allowed good sleeping for our family of 7 !! The wi-fi wasnt the best . We did not get time to experience the pool , but it looked nice ! The staff at the front desk were very friendly !! Location was great ! Very close to worlds of fun and jack stacks bbq. Kc chiefs stadium was close to about 20 min away. We had a good stay at this location.

Dirty gross rooms. Cigarette and weed smoke fills the halls. Didnt feel comfortable walking to and from the outside to room at the hours we got there.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed there. Really quiet place.

The front desk clerk was super friendly. The pool was great. the property is just getting old and while the room was clean you can tell it’s old.

The pictures look absolutely stunning.. the whole hotel had an odor, very hard to describe but I believe it was a mix of mold, pot and pets. It appeared that our door had been kicked in previously due to the locking mechanism, the bed sheets were covered in dog. There were numerous instances where we could hear screaming in the hallways and “questionable” characters walking /sitting on the curbs. When we entered the lobby there was music blasting some form of rap music. When driving the car around to the back side of the building closer to our room, numerous people were gathered around in several different locations.. very uneasy feeling considering our safety. The vehicles in the parking lot were mostly damaged beyond driving and others had duck tape or plastic on them. We seen numerous cops curling around the building throughout our very short stay. Very unfortunate that we could not be refunded for the stay as we book prior to our visit, would have had to pay for 2 hotels due to no refund after checking in.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, marijuana and the carpet is very dirty. The sheets are super old and smell like cigarettes and burnt. The worst hotel I have been. I will never recommend it for anybody. I don’t sleep for the smell of that place. Super asqueroso.
