Overall, it was it was OK. The room definitely needed a major updating for the cost for it being a $300 room. It was pretty not kept up. The rug was coming up. The paint was peeling off and it was just overall dated. The food was terrible in the service at the bar was terrible. It was awful. Had our orders wrong attitudes with the bartender didn’t say hi hello nothing it was awful for my birthday. It was just not what I expected and what I’ve come to know at harrahs! I’ve spent my birthday at her in Vegas, many of times and had way better service

Didn’t eat at any of the restaurants or bars. It was a pretty long walk from the hotel tower to the casino. Nice facility with comfy beds. We would stay there again if we needed to.

They advertised room service. There is no room service. Ordered queso dip appetizer to my room. Waited 1.5 hours for it just to be told I had to come down from my room, walk all thecway to restaurant and retrieve food myself. Same with the rest of my dinner. Front desk continually gave me a run around instead of just telling me the restaurant had issues with my order. What a mess, I will never return to this establishment.

Checked out a couple of days early due to an emergency back home and notified the front desk, where I was advised to contact booking agency of room to complete rembursement but on there end everything was accepted. Fast forward a week later and after multiple attempts to reconcile with Harrah's the manager was never returned any contact request regarding this matter.

Great stay...16 year Anniversary. Harrahs was fantastic. Room was very nice. Staff very friendly snd helpful. I grew up in KC and it was a long time since I had been back. Lots of fun.
