The property is located in the heart of the city and is within approachable limits form most tourist destinations. It has a nice swimming pool and a good outdoors buffet.

The rooms pictures on the booking websites in comparison to the premium rooms are disappointing. The wifi connection was poor all the time. There were no proper amenities provided in the room like towels, dental kits, etc. when we reached. They provided towels that were rough like sandpaper. The good part about the stay was the food although it was overpriced. Overall an OK stay. I would have preferred for Four Points Sheraton with the tariff I paid at Dolphin.

Pool and gym facilities are good, including use of a trainer. Breakfast is good. Service with a smile.

Clean and comfortable

Requested for a non-smoking room, however looks like all the rooms are smoking- they spray some room fresh when complaining. They claim they have non-smoking room, but it’s a wrong claim. Definitely not recommend with kids, they feel suffocated.

It’s good to staying. It’s walk to main Center of the city. Clean and good food in restaurants

This hotel had been an icon in Vizag. Lot of hotels came after that. After renovation, it still lives up to the reputation. I stayed there for nostalgic reasons. I stayed in other hotels on the beach which are attractive, but, for a change, I liked this place. Had some issues with the hotels.com booking that was never notified to the hotel. They couldn't find my reservation.

Very comfortable hotel and excellent driver service

For me, the make or break is the quality of internet and on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the Dolphin Hotel a 1. It was working <50% of the time and when it was working, was very slow. Free wifi is not free! It cost me an extra $25/day data using 3G on my phone! I would never stay here again unless I was assured the wifi could accommodate the business traveler.

The hotel served my needs. Very friendly staff provided solution to my complaints. Though the internet and wifi were not stable but manageable.

Enjoyed our stay. Very courteous and professional team doorman to housekeeping staff.

There was check-in problem we faced for a short will and also we got the room after waiting for 1 hr in morning .TV was not working problem half of day it was no single .Overall experience was good in the hotel . Room services excellent.
