Its a small hotel. With parking. Important. Super service and international. Positioned directly at the Rambla and on all aspects a hotel we want to return to when we again comes to Barcelona.

This is a smaller, chic, hotel in a centrally great location. Close to almost everything. Staff was great. Clean and comfortable rooms. This was the second time staying here. Good value. Taxi stop across the street, as well as bus stop.

The hotel feels clean with good water pressure, don’t expect early check-in. After a long red eye flight we got to the hotel at 7am, requested if we can get the room earlier than 3pm check in time, we didn’t get the room until 3:30pm which is past the check in time. Location of the hotel is convenient and good to explore the city, we find the price a little more expensive for what it has to offer. No self laundry and elevator takes forever.

Daily cleaning service to tidy up was nice. Polite staff. Nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Extremely inefficient and rude staff. Hotel is just not worth the price they charge. Their front office girl - Vanessa- was extremely rude and non-understanding. Everytime we called reception they had no answers. Even to request extra creamer they said we have to wait for manager. What a badly managed hotel.

A lil gem located in the heart of Barcelona. Swimming pool is awesome if you're traveling with children. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The restaurant serves delicious food. Walk to La Ramblas, Gothic Quarters. Short drive to beaches! Couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel was amazing and our room had a beautiful view of Catalonia Square. Lots of restaurants and shopping around and only a short walk to La Rambla.

We had an excellent day. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. We would go back next time. We are in Barcelona.

We had a great week at the hotel. The location is just next to Pl. de Catalunya which is great for shopping and dining. The square is also a hub for public transportation which makes is easy to get around. I would recommend it to everyone and my family hope to be back one day. The kids are missing the pool and the lovely staff.

The entire staff were outstanding. From helping us store luggage, suggest dining options or assisting with emergency transportation when our reserved airport service no showed, we were overwhelmed with their friendliness and efficiency. The proprty and room were excellent. Our Junior Suite was spacious, clean and included and wonderful welcome snack.

Close to everything and a very clean and modern facility. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Be aware that larger cars cannot fit in the hotel garage, but they do have an accommodation option. Ours luckily did (a midsize hybrid SUV rental). We didn’t try the breakfast or dining, but the dining room looks lovely. The menu was a little limited if you have children. That being said, there are soooo many options right out the door. The room was lovely, albeit compact in a big city way. We had a family suite and our young daughters LOVED the bunk beds. The step up to the water closet and shower caused many a stubbed toe (more on us than the hotel!) but were very nice. The shower was one of the best I’ve seen in Europe—such great water pressure and a fantastic rain shower. I’d recommend to everyone.

Great hotel great restroom

Room was very decent. We received nice fruit tray on day one. Hotel is small and food was somewhat expensive. Not great value for money, but similar to the rest of the city, I guess.

All the people at the hotel was very nice.

Very convenient location. Could walk pretty much to most of downtown attractions.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The A/C stopped working for the entire building and we were not compensated or given any alternate.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful, especially Camilo. He was so helpful and always there to answer my questions. Very nice and comfortable rooms with comfy beds, great AC, and an awesome shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Relative large room compared to European standards. Best shower of any hotel I've every stayed in, and bed and pillows very comfortable. Stocked mini-fridge but has some space to store your own items. Had a desk for working and adequate closet storage. Very clean. Flooring, not carpet. Walls were good and did not hear other guests, but did hear some minor road noise that was easily blocked out by playing my white noise app while sleeping. My only minor complaint about the room was the thermostat appeared to work but actually didn't change room temperature, leading me to believe the temp was centrally controlled by the desk for the whole hotel...I was a little cold but fine sleeping with an extra blanket. Front desk staff very helpful. Large continental breakfast at a competitive price for the cost of living rate there, with other breakfast options on the same street (local cafe, Starbucks). Very close to two different metro stops (3-4 walk to each) and close to la placa catalunya where la rambla street with shopping and food started. felt safe walking the area at night. would definitely stay here again

Loved our stay! Staff was welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location. The airport aerobús dropped us off a block from the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Love that they have a handheld as well as the rain shower head as it helps with bathing kids. The pool area was small but nice. Didn’t get to swim since it was too cold. There is a small gym which was nice. Best area I think as it was walkable to barrio gótico, sagrada family and la rambla. It also felt very safe. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. They had yogurt and great topping selections including chia seed. And smoked salmon, a coffee machine with various types of coffee selections. Rooms are not huge but we had enough space for a family of four. The beds were very comfortable. They brought us new towels even though we didn’t ask and one of the beds had railing guards even though we didn’t request them for the kids. Nice ambiance and decor. Just wonderful all around.
