The Antana is not fit for purpose, other than for weddings. There were at least 3 weddings taking place over a 24 hour period. Facilities, like swimming pools, restaurants et. where closed due to wedding set up or take down. Weddings were noising lasting till 3am. Other than wedding guests, there is not atmosphere, limited people vacationing here lending to a depressing vibe. We left after 1 night instead of staying the duration we booked for. In summary, this is a wedding / conference venue - do not stay here unless you for this criteria.

I would say overall experience was less than optimal. I was initially told that there was no reservation for me. When I shared my hotels.com reservation no., I was told their reservation number only starts with 1. I have few nerve wrecking moments at that time. On pushing back a lot the front desk person reached out to back office reservations team. It took them few tries to finally figure things out. I feel the front desk staff was not properly trained. The situation could have been handled in a much better way, without affecting customer experience. Other thing was that nothing was done to make-up for the initial goof-up in spite of escalation. Then I was givn wrong information about amenities and complimentary services. I was told that breakfast and dinner are complimentary, although only breakfast was. The amenities information was not up-to-date. On the good part room was clean and good and breakfast was good.

It was loud and chaotic with three weddings going on at the hotel during our stay. Constant loud noises of vehicles wouldn't let you relax as the rooms are right next to the roads. The sealing on the doors and windows isn't that great. The weddings go on till late hours and the it feels like the noise never stop. Crowded common facilities by the wedding hoards

Nice location

Overall a lovely experience. From the check in to the check out everything was beautiful. Haven’t had such a convincing and comfortable staff experience before. Mucho recommended.

Large sprawled out property so getting from lobby area and restaurants required a hotel taxi. It was cold in December and cold but the rooms have no heaters. Portable heater provided but not effective. Buffet was crazy busy for breakfast. Not really equipped to handle a full house during the peak season. The location was an hour from airport which is ok because that’s where most of the rural resorts are and set in a beautiful setting around hills and greenery. Property is well maintained but service and attentiveness could be improved if they want to be a 5 star resort.

THEY ARE NOT 5 STAR resort unless they grade it as One star for chaos, one star for beaten up walkways, One star for no late night/early morning coffee shop/bakery, one star for no conditioner availble for shower despite request and one star for meager but overpriced breakfast. They even charge for an extra key and only provide one key for the room. Staff is not knowledgable about their own property and policy. They have a chaotic ride system inside the property and you wait upwards of 25 to 30 mins everytime before they arrive to pick u up to take you anywhere within the property. Wifi is poor. The shower temprature is erratic and becomes too cold or too hot on its whim. There is also a lot of mess within the property including stray animals and their advertised restaurants are not operational including the terrace restaurant. The gym is namesake and spa sultry. Our stay was well below expectations based on their misleading description and advertising. Found them very overpriced for my booking and i would not visit this property again nor recommend ananta to anyone. They cannot welcome and satisy world travelers... This experience was shared with the managers Richa and Narendra on site prior to my departure and IN THE MANAGERS OWN WORDS, HOTEL FALLS UNDER 2 STAR CATAGORY! And has basic setup. My experience was also reuqested to be shared with their GM. I still had to wait 35 mins for their cab prior to checkout regardles. Disappointed overall and they do not deserve buisness

Not so good stay which prompted me to ask the front desk whether such pathetic service is due to me doing the booking through a online portal i.e. hotel.com instead of booking directly.. The room key didn't. Work and we had to stay out of the room for half an hour before the same being rectified. The locker was not working. The AC in the room was making a lot of sound, and the technician who fixed the noise though, but actually he had shut off the AC and we had to sleep the whole night without ac. The worst part was the front desk calling us around 11:15 to ask when we would be vacating the room. The check out time is 11 am but while check in, we had conveyed that we would leave at 12:30 as our flight was at 3 pm and the person said ok. And the lady also told us that other guests are suffering as we are checking out late. This was so horrible that it's we who had suffer, but cudnt do anything as the full amount was paid in advance. Secondly how can other guests suffer when the check in is 2 pm. The only good thing was the food, it was nice. Overall a horrible end to a lovely vacation at udaipur.. the property is amazing but it's the service what customer looks for and not just an amazing property.. so BTR stay away from the property..

Great hotel. Terrible check in staff The rooms are large and are very comfortable. Great value for the money. The drivers are very nice and the views are beautiful My main complaint is the front office check in staff are very unfriendly and very unhelpful. Our check-in was terrible and wasted an hour of my time over a minor issue that could have been fixed in one minute. They were worst I have ever encountered in decades of traveling Aside from that that the hotel was very nice and had a very restful atmosphere. Sunny was an excellent waiter in the dining room. Ordering off the menu is preferable to the buffet in my opinion.

Suggested to keep more cars for internal transport for guests.

It takes minimum close to an hour when you order anything from service, laundry and that too after few reminders.During our stay of 3 nights/ 4 days, room phone was not working properly I. E. Most of the time it was dead or when working with lot of disturbance that you cannot hear other person. Breakfast menu has mostly had south Indian dishes.

Hotel staff is not able to handle the guest. Property is very big but staff is not adequate. Also the staff was not professionally trained. Quality of food was also poor. Service is very very slow

+ Clean and big room. - Location. Map may say 5km but it is a lot longer. You're in the middle of nowhere and if you don't have your own transport you have to pay at least 970 IRP one way into town. It's not much, but if you add it upp to a couple of trips back and forth per day for an amount of days it gets to you. No free shuttle was provided either and the hotel could not recommend a cheaper mode of transportation. You are more or less trapped at the resort with all corporate groups invading the pool. Making it impossible to even relax by the pool. - They seem to focus on big corporate groups having their events at the resort. During the time we stayed there three different big corporate groups invaded the resort. This also meant that corporate guests got higher prioritised when it came to service. I would not recommend this resort if you're coming to Udaipur with the plan to explore the city.
