While we were waiting there were 2 other guests complaining at the counter about their rooms and one told us this was the worst hotel they ever stayed in so that was great. Our room was kinda clean, you could tell they didnt run a vacuum stuff all over the floor. The hot tub had so much chlorine i got a chemical burn on my face after about 3 minutes. Breakfast was devoured by the time we went down, only an hour after it started, there wasnt even coffee and it didnt seem like they were gonna refill anything. Staff definitely seem like they could care less about anything

At my check in i swiped my card and 475 dollars was taking from my account. No problem. The next morning i was told i either had to pay another 187.00 or leave. I proceed to let the receptionist kno that i paid i had proof of the transaction being made on my account, but I was still treated rudely and disrespectfully. The problem clearly was the hotels fault and i was treat terrible because of it.

Hotel has a very nice lobby . Breakfast was decent. Our room was nice but all kinds of white paint or plaster splattered on blue wall. Curtains don’t close so bright lights shone in. Bathtub was missing some porcelain. Not the cleanest room - fridge had spills in it.

We had a reservation for 6 people. Checked in very late after a long drive. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and Only two towels were provided for us. When we asked for bedding, we were given sheets with an old and worn blanket that did not look clean and like it needed to be thrown out. The mattress cover on the couch bed was very dirty/unwashed, and the mattress underneath was very soiled. Bathroom in the lobby was very dirty. Breakfast was not hot and they seemed low on supplies and food. This was not the stay we expected, as we have been in many Homewood Suites and usually have a great experience.

The rooms were spacious and pretty clean for the most part. Breakfast was good and the pool/hot tub area was nice. However the chlorine was overbearing and was irritating our eyes, so we couldn't stay in there long. Also, it would have been nice to have bedding for the pull out couch.

When we checked in, the pull out couch mattress was filthy and the springs were practically coming through the fabric. While they were quick to replace the mattress, the spring issue remained. Overall the hotel seems dirty and not kept up (furniture and hardware falling apart and things not well stocked). Also, the room layout is not well suited for a family. But, the lobby looks nice.

One night stay. Very nice room. I have a small, less then 10 lb dog. $75 is a little pricey for one night. But a nice room. After 6 hour drive, had no choice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this is the only time that I have some complaints. The water to the hotel was shut off most of the day on Saturday due to an issue with the hot water heater. I understand, things happen but what I do not understand is the lack of communication regarding the problem. Even housekeeping had no idea that the water was off and why, I had to go down to the front desk for some info. Also, while in the pool we were joined with two unsupervised kids that were jumping off the sides and rough housing to the point that we had to leave the pool. I believe that these were children of the staff. Later that same day we were startled by loud pounding on our door with no one there. That happened about four times before I informed the front desk and it stopped.

Slow check in. The clerk was finally able to find my reservation.
Primary elevator was not working to third floor ( able to transport up to floor but Not able to use to exit third floor. There was an alternative elevator at the back of hotel which was not convenient.

We found the furniture in the lobby kind of shabby, it looked like it needed a good shampoo. I would suggest a bar to assist in the bathroom not only on the far side of the tub, but where you step into it. Also their seemed to be black mold in the bathroom around the tub edge. Their was also dirt behind the bathroom door.

Would not allow my wife to check in when we were coming from different locations. I had to buy a second room bc I wasn’t getting there until midnight, just so my kids including a 1 year old would have a place to go. They said no to every way we gave to prove my identity including FaceTime with my license. “We’ve had fraud before”… Well seeing as we share the same last name, you can work with us a little bit. We travel a lot and have never had this problem before. Absolute garbage.

I loved the staff everyone was friendly especially the mid shift guy hes really outgoing and animated. I really was disappointed the Jacuzzi was broken thats what i really was looking foward to. The room was clean anf lovely there dishes werent all clean we found some nail polish pink spot in a pot. So we didnt make a fuss about it , we use to work the industry so we know how hard housekeeping works. Overall it was a good experience. Breakfast needs some improving in the selection course category. Its a little bland and out of character.

Overall, super disappointed with this location and the fact that they were unable to work with me when I had an issue with their property. I definitely will not be staying here ever again or any of their sister properties.

The overall stay was good. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower. Housekeeping came into my room 2 times while i had a do not disturb sign on my door while i was sleeping, which was not cool.
