We arrived very late and left very early sooo didnt enjoy it so mych but they qere nice rooms

Stayed here after a ferry ride from Prince Rupert. The ferry was late and we checked in after 1 am. Check in was efficient and easy, so we were asleep before 1:30. The room seemed new and was clean and comfortable.

The view was very good!!!

The building desperately needs new carpeting in the rooms, and the magnetic strip room door locks worked occasionally. The staff was friendly and very helpful despite the building needing a significant capital investment.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. One lamp would not turn off, the switch appears to be broken. I unplugged the lamp. A couple of nice to haves would be a safety bar and shower wand in the tub/shower.

The room was clean, mattress was comfortable.

The rooms need updating. The carpet in the our room needs to be replaced and the bathroom sink drains very slow.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room assigned to us during our recent stay at your establishment. Regrettably, the room was not prepared to an acceptable standard upon our arrival. Specifically, I observed the following issues: 1. The bathroom soap provided was already 3/4 used, indicating that it had not been replenished or replaced prior to our occupancy. 2. Dust was visibly falling from the ceiling fan while the bathroom was in use, which raises concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. 3. The mattress appeared to be excessively worn, to the point where it is arguably beyond its useful life and should be considered for disposal. 4. Additionally, there was a significant amount of used Kleenex behind the bed, further underscoring the lack of thorough cleaning. These conditions were far from what we expected, and as a result, we did not enjoy our stay. I trust that you will address these concerns promptly to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues.

front desk… She didn't want to be there put it that way. Room key didn't work, she had to let us back in every time we went out! Bed was pretty much just a box spring, extremely uncomfortable! Also very noisy. Would NOT stay here again sadly!

The mattress in Room 212 was hard as a rock. Plus, I could hear every foot step of the folks in the room above. From 11pm to 2 am.

No air conditioning! Pets are only permitted on the lower two floors. Rooms on the lower two floors have not been renovated. Carpets in our rooms (booked 2 doubles) had been vacuumed, but what they needed was shampooing if they can't afford to replace them yet. Massive positive point; I had absolutely no concerns that my dog might damage the room! Furniture was dated but functional. Bedding (sheets, duvet, pillow cases) clean, and pillows were fairly good. Possibly the hardest mattress I've ever encountered. Pet friendly hotel, but one of the front desk staff stated they were scared of dogs. Awkward, as I had my dog with me and was looking for a water dish at the time. There are not many pet friendly options in Port Hardy. This hotel was adequate.

not accommodating. by the time we got off of ferry, settled in, it was about 2 a.m. we were so tired and we are elderly, we did not have breakfast offered from 7-9 a.m. really? 3 Minutes AFTER 11 CHECKOUT TIME, FRONT DEST Phoned AND TOLD US TO CHECK OUT, AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO LOBBY WHEN CALL CAME. I FOUUND THE HOTEL TOTALLY Overpriced and unaccommodating for ppl arriving on the ferry. they could extend checkout and breakfast to accommodate ppl. will not be staying there again and was super hot, no a/c

Quick stay. Good stay after a long travel day.

Worn out facility, dirty carpets, poorly decorated, overpriced due to captive ferry travellers, bedding had no style, limited furniture and lighting in room. Breakfast was a sandwich and juice box. Not a good experience.
