During check in the receptionist doesn’t know how to look for your booking and during the Check out they are asking if where is the towel when I was not even provided with one. You should have a log book to put inputs in on each room.

First off there was no hot water for showers. The place had roaches and because it was open no way to keep the mosquitoes out of your room. The food was way over priced and the hotel was under staffed. The hotel charged a surcharge for you to bring drinks to your room even when they ran out of drinks in the restaurant. The phones in the rooms can not call out and the front desk if you want to call it that had to be called on your personal phone because they didnt have anything but cell phones. No I will never stay there again.

First, the staff had me wait for 1 hr 20 mins just to get my room ready. Second, shower head was a bust. Lastly, breakfast was underwhelming.

I paid for the Executive Suite (Matrimonial Bed) ahead of time already. And during check-in, they couldn't find my reservation. It took at least 45 minutes to look for the reservation. Even if it was under my name. It was very frustrating. And the staff was just inconsiderate.

Second the do have a sign up about this but they dont mention this on their website profile so I think it needs to be brought to the consumers attentions. The sign reads. DONT drink the WATER because it is not treated for human consumption, that also means dont brush your teeth with it. They provide you with two free bottle water, Use those. I asked at the desk what happens if you drink the water and they said that if you drink the water you can get amebiasis, that is why they have the sign and it is a permanent thing apparently because it is an engraved wooden sign. They lack several of the foods and drinks on their menu. If ordering food, before you even start ask what they currently dont have. This place is really a Motel. It is a place for a bed and a shower and a quick stay. If that is what you want I would say that this is a clean safe place. If you want a hotel this is not it. Also ants in the floor drains in the bathroom. Complained about it and they said nothing they could do about it.

An aged hotel, plumbing barely adequate, aircon the same. Far enough from the city centre to be rather isolated.

it was great room not too bad,but noisey until 10pm as they rent out hall, would I stay again,yes maybe a different side of hotel,pool great,,,staff very helpful.

Unfortunately the stay was terrible. Besides poorly trained and incompetent staff and an aircon unit that sounded like a deisel generator, they billed me 2x for the hotel room and then on check out tried to bill me a 3rd time. The fee was paid through Hotels.com but when I arrived they wanted my credit card for incidentals,,,which is fairly normal. But, on leaving the hotel they asked me for the card again to PAY for the room. I said it was already paid, but they did not believe me. Only upon this investigation, did I find they used my card to pay for the room when i got there...it was not just for incidentals. So, the bottom line: they wanted me to pay 3x for the same room. I asked for a refund for the 2nd payment, but they said they cannot, and can only give me a voucher for future use...then i lost it! Needless to say I will never be back there and will suggest all others to stay away a well.
