I loved my stay at Wanderlust. Really cozy, and roomy. I would highly recommend this place.

The room was very cute and comfortable. It was pretty clean but I took my shoes off when I got into my room and walked around for about an hour then I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were covered in dirt. The mattress of the bed didn't actually fit the box springs they were on but once I got in the bed it was pretty comfortable. I had some friends who were also staying there in a different room and we went out to eat and while we were gone they mentioned how to make sure the door was locked. They said it was on a card in their room. I didn't have any instructions in my room and there was no information in the email I got telling me I had to push the lock set button so I left my room unlocked for about 3 hours. When we got back to the hotel my friends came in with me to make sure there was no one in there. Overall it was an okay place but I won't be staying there again..

This place is amazing stayed here before in the suite with a pool table the couch was incredibly comfortable honestly debated sleeping in that rather than on the bed with my wife (she understood was very comphy) this weekend stayed in a smaller room but still was amazing walked in and the heat was running so it was nice and tasty and they had red lighting on and there was jazz music playing perfect for ambiance;) I love this place highly recommend

I had a great stay at the Wanderlust Inn!
It was clean, well lit, a quality TV. There was some foot traffic outside but it wasn’t too loud. Parking was easy and it felt safe.
I did have a dog with me, and they have a great area in the back with bags and enough space for a quick walk around. The grass area does flood when it rains though and didn’t have the right shoes.
I would stay again on my next trip.

We have 4 kids so this property was the perfect size for us to enjoy our trip. It’s a beautiful set up and the kitchen is the strong point. Will always stay here when we come to Ocean Shores in the future!

Very clean and spacious. Fun seaside theme to the room. No A/C that we noticed but did include some fans (and heat). Not a problem for us since we stayed in the off-season but keep in mind if you're there during a warm snap. Next door to a delicious pizza place. No front desk but that was no problem - the property communicated well in advance re: how to get into room, etc. Very enjoyable stay - highly recommended.

I was super impressed with our room #24 - we loved the high ceilings, cozy vibes how it was decorated and the amenities of a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Also coffee maker there. I loved being able to just check in with a code that was sent two days before we got there which was amazing as I didn't have to worry about it. The best was super super comfy - we slept like babies.

I would say the reviews and images are very misleading on Expedia—the property is very old, outdated, and not so clean. There were like five flies in the room last night and we were so grossed out that were very worried about bed bugs. The price is low but the fees were too much—making this stay really disappointing. I do not recommend anyone to stay here if they’re looking for a comfy, clean and safe place.

I love how easy checkin was and how simple checkout is as well. Every room I've stayed in (3 stays so far, just booked my 4th) has been different and we love that! All of them accommodating and have had all we need. I love that we can go get an extra towel in the special room as my kids call it, wash a load of laundry if necessary (for free, soap included!) There's even games and books you can borrow in the special room and a doggy bowl for dog parent needs too, yay! Overall we love this place! Thanks for making our little dreams come true.

What a fun and funky place to stay. My buddy stayed two doors down and was equally pleased. We could walk to the convention center and the water’s edge. Slept well and enjoyed the coffee and free coffee pods. The frig, microwave and Keurig were the right size. The price point was reasonable. We will back next august for our annual convention.

The place was nice and clean but smelled a lot like heavy cleaning products probably to cover up the smell of animals but that’s probably normal for a place that allows pets.

We stayed in a room with a queen bed in living area with a separate room with a king bed. It was nice to have an actual bedroom. Part of the room has been updated, but bathroom could use some TLC. Beds were comfortable, but walls are thin. We could here to person next to us snoring. You check in online (no staff on site), but we were given a phone number to call if needed. I did have an issue with the washing machine and the issue was addressed right away. Parking lot is kind of small and parking was tight. It is a good place to stay close to the ocean, just hope they continue to update the bathroom.

Our room was very clean and well-appointed. The location is ideal, lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance or a very short car ride.

Great hotel for the price. Very clean, all the essential amenities, and you can always get more from the laundry / supply room. Centrally located between all the main shops in ocean shores and an easy walk or drive to the beach.
Only con is that the parking situation isn’t always easy.

What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nicely decorated this place is. We did laundry and inside the laundry area there are games and books to borrow. There is also a business center with a printer, coffee station, microwave popcorn packets, paper plates, cutlery, extra trash bags, and towels. They even provide laundry detergent tabs and dryer sheets to go along with the free to use washer and dryer. Room itself was well stocked with everything one would need. Highly recommend!

I've never stayed at a facility that had self check in. I did have to call for some assistance with the process. Now that I know how, I will do it again. The rooms are newly renovated with a higher end feel. It's close to the beach and food. I'll give it a 10!
