no elevator. hard stairs. shower water coming very slow. Bathroom sink tap leaking and noisy.
Booked for 7 days stayed only two days. no refund. had to pay for another hotel for another five days.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Elegant building and rooms. Close to great pizza and Indian restaurants, shopping mall and brewery. Not far from old Phuket town. Really enjoyed our time there.

The bungalows are super minimalist and good for a feeling of “glamping” just roughing it a little, which I enjoyed. They were right there on the beach, gorgeous all day and at night. The staff were awesome, pleasant and helpful.

Very stylish sino-portuguese decor and immaculately clean. Room with stacked bunk bed for 4 may be a bit small for those who is claustrophobic and hotel next to main highway (mild noise), but otherwise good location.

I liked the cleanliness and room condition. It’s closed to department stores, night market (Chillva Market).
However if you are concerned about noise, this hotel may not recommended as it’s located near the main road

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the local breakfast. Wifi is good, room very comfortable.

New facility with great Chinese style/decoration. However, this is not a good place for elderly since it has no elevator. Also, there are steps in rooms. Very limited breakfast but convenience to Central shopping mall.

Nice boutique hotel within walking distance to the big Central Phuket mal. Not located close to any sightseeing spots. Transportation without a rental car is a problem, taxis are overpriced in Phuket. Overall not a bad hotel considering it’s relative price level in Phuket, but Phuket is definitely overpriced in general.

The O’nya Hotel is very pleasant with spacious rooms which are very clean and well equipped. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The breakfast is nice and the WiFi is good. The hotel is located close to several shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. Its on a major road which allows easy access to the rest of the island. The only criticism is that due to the authentic nature of the shuttered windows there is a lot of road noise.

Very clean but next to highway so noise is a problem. The rooms facing inside do not have any windows but the issue of noise is not there. The breakfast was disappointing. However looking at the cleanliness and comfort that can be ignored

Budget stay, possibly ok for 1 night but next to a busy main road. Loud. Tiny rooms. No pool, spa or breakfast/resturant facilities. Clean but it baffles me this hotel is over 4 stars. 2 stars is being generous.

I have been in Phuket last December 2016 for the international school nurse conference. Our nurses reserved the rooms for a couple nights and I was falling with this hotel. I have been telling myself if I have a chance to visit Phuket again then I will stay here.

Was fine for a one night visit, after flying in late from Phuket airport. Hotel staff are very friendly and rooms well presented. Our room was facing the street and we were offered ear plugs at check in. Do take them as this is the one downfall to this lovely hotel! The location is beside the major highway and traffic is constant and loud all night. Ok for a short stay but one might find this very annoying for anything longer (particularly a light sleeper). It is only a short 5-10min taxi ride into the old/nice part of Phuket Town. Breakfast vouchers are provided for the super cute cafe next door. Good coffee and eggs!
