Brand new building, very clean.

Clean room, beautiful location!

What a lovely and quiet place to stay! Located in the heart of the UBC campus, there are plenty of good dining options. It's also within walking distance of museums and the botanical gardens. The price was very reasonable. My only quibble was that the fan on the A/C system didn't stop running and the staff couldn't help us turn it off. But other than that one thing, perfect!

Easy convenient above ground parking for larger vehicles! Quick check in and check out. Clean suite with an equipped kitchen.

Room is surprisingly good. Well equipped and the TV comes with Smart Control which is cool. Do bear in mind that the laundry pods are not provided if you wanna use the washing machine.

Very nice and clean, a bit far from Richmond but love the newest and cleanest room

The place is very nice and clean. There is no noise cancellation so we had a hard time falling asleep because the people above us were very loud. Also, parking is very hard We were renting two rooms we were told that the two rooms are in the same building, but it turned out that they were not. They were two different buildings, which made it a little bit inconvenient and make the parking even a little harder because you exit the building and then the key was not working to re enter

I liked how quiet and clean it was. Plus having a full kitchen is very handy.

Good room close to where we wanted to go

Great suite for the price. Very comfortable King-sized bed. Good A/C. Good parking available. Comfortable living space. Not much view, but for the price and convenience, that’s not a big deal. This is our second stay at Gage, and it won’t be our last.

This property was great except the room they put me in was on the corner of the hall. So lots of traffic both directions and hearing the elevator all night before my exam was very disappointing. Need to check where my room is located next time

My second stay here. Located on the UBC campus. Multiple bus routes with in Less than 10 minutes away. Also easy access to restaurants, cafes and convenience store. The studio had a cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher and even hot and cold running water.

Didn't have the hectic environmwnt of vancouver, very comfortable.

This was a great location for us. Can't fault the hotel.

Good location!

The room which was booked it was not like the same which was received during my stay in Gage Suites at UBC. Also, there was weired loud noise from appliances itself which does not let me proper sleep whole night. I tried to call the reception from room phone but not one answer the call. Also, the room was very old and does not maintained well. When I see the room and requested to change the same as it was not exactly looks like what I see on this picture. When i asked about the same to them, they said that they will charge extra for the room change. I do not took the picture of the room.

Friendly check in, clean, spacious room with good amenities. Lots of construction on campus. Parking for hotel guests clearly marked and easily accessible. Parking rate reasonable relative to the other on campus options.

Great property. Could use some more outlets at the desk and a clean shower curtain though.

Originally booked a single queen bed room, unit 101. Entered the unit and was met with a unique smell of cleaner and cigarette smoke. Discovered that the room was going to be too small for our needs so we upgraded to a suite with a king and pull out couch (#439). This had no unusual odours which was nice. The room was spacious and had a decent kitchenette but upon entering the bathroom found the toilet bowl and underside of the seat to be covered with dried urine. The tile and shower glass were also equally dirty. There was a TV but no option for TV wifi to connect to a Netflix account or any cable box which was unfortunate. The property was tidy and maintained and the staff at the front desk was accommodating in making the initial room change but based on the lack of cleanliness in the room I wouldn’t stay at the property again. Cost for the 1 night to stay in the king w/pullout couch was $448.47

This was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet, Great amenities, friendly people and an uber to our concert was only 28.00. The only thing that was disappointing particularly for a University was that the cleaning staff left the garbage in our room and I could see that he just dumped the recycling in with the garbage... meaning they are not really recycling
