Quiet and good value place

Comfortable room. The bed mattress wasn't too good though. Reception was great, there is a restaurant advertised on the Web sites but its closed. Plenty of food options within easy walking distance

This motel is great value. Stayed a few times and it's always clean and convenient. It's a great budget option.

Reception area was filthy and smelt terrible. Receptionist could be heard on back area swearing soon arrival. People were smoking and fighting below my room most of the evening.

I had a terrible stay. When I arrived, I had paid for my stay through Expedia but was asked to pay again. I paid reluctantly since I had already paid for the accomodation. I managed to contact Expedia and they spoke to the property. The lady that was doing the refund had no idea how to actually do a refund and she left with my visa card to do the refund. I do not understand whether Expedia and the motel have not worked together before. It was not a good start to the stay. I was assigned Room 12 and it was not locking and then I was moved to Room 28 upstairs. The lady actually mentioned before she moved me that this was the third time the door in Room 12 had not locked, so I wondered why I was put in that room in the first place. After moving to Room 28, the lady I think for reasons not known to me but only known to herself forgot she moved me. I decided to sleep in on the Wednesday during my stay because I had not slept properly on my flightfrom Perth and had been running around all day on the Tuesday. Around 10am on Wednesday morning, there was a loud knock on the door and the door was suddenly opened. If it wasn't for the internal latch the door would have been opened. The same lady, I am assuming, says 'Who is in there? You have not paid for this room'. I then reminded her that she had moved me from the room downstairs that wasn't locking. She then apologized. I don't know if they do not have a record 😕 of when they move guests. The room I was moved to was dirty.

I stayed for 2 nights mid week and will definitely be back soon. Room was very clean and staff are approachable and professional. The bed was superb. Slept in til 10am!

Easy walking distance to all amenities close to the river

The motel was central to where we wanted to be, had onsite parking, was comfortable and clean.

Close to Town Centre - within walking distance. Easy to find. BedLinen was outdated & dark - looked unclean. TOO many mirrors on the walls of the room. Reception Staff very friendly & informative.

The Motel is close to Queanbeyan shops and the Leagues Club.

A terrific place, friendly staff and great breakfast

It was great you could order a meal and it was brought to your room after a long day on the road 😄

Absolutely amazing stay. I can't understand why this location is only rated 3.5 stars?. It deserves at least 4 stars or above. Compared to 4.5.star accommodation I have previously stated at this location was by far cleaner and more comfortable in comparison

It is economical and a walk to the main street of Queanbeyan and many other facilities handy. It is old style accommodation but lots of little updates to the rooms. Had a nice meal in what must be described as a bit of a disorganised basic restaurant. But service was good and attentive. The owners are doing everything themselves other than clean rooms I feel. Hard yards.

This is an older facility, but it was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful.
