Great location and apartment size. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Unit with everything you would need. However, plumbing issues in one bathroom was a pain with toilet not flushing properly and backfill happening regularly! Previous tenants remains still in the toilet so did raise a concern regarding cleaning! Sink also drained very slowly so was always a mess.

Great location and clean and spacious apartment. Only issue was tha bed wasn’t that comfortable.

We were extremely happy with the apartment, it was above and beyond our expectations. Check in was straightforward. Apartments are in a great location. Would definitley stay again. It was great value for money, was clean and had everything that we needed.

Our stay was great, The front reception manager was very helpful. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and comfy ! The apartments are also in a great location; walking distance to everything. We will be returning for sure.

Only 1 slight negative no washing machine, everything else was excellent

Apartment was huge and located at the ground floor. They have given us a 2 bedroom apartment but had signs put up inside the extra room and bathroom. Restaurants and town centre are easy walking.

This was a really nice place to stay at. Near to beach, restaurants and harbour. Very nice and helpful personell.

Lovely welcome , easy check in, very clean and spacious apartment with air conditioning although you could leave the door open with a nice breeze. Easy walk to marina . Relaxing and lovely stay

These apartments are located ideally just across from the beach and excellent walkways as well as being in easy reach of numerous good restaurants and shops. They have a good level of sound insulation and a good underground garage to keep your car cool. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and friendly and will make your stay very easy. Whitianga is a great place and we were sorry to have to leave - next time we will miss out other places to create more time here.

The location is excellent with off street undercover parking in close proximity to the centre of town. The apartments are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The only downside was there is no air conditioning and to get good air flow you need to leave doors open. We enjoyed our stay and the area is magnificent.

The apartments are clean and spacious. The kitchen area is well stocked for cooking in the apartment. The area is very central and quiet at night. All in all very impressed with the apartments and would definitely stay again!!
