Good location. Great staff.

I always like staying at Zorbas as it is so centrally positioned with walking access to shops, dining, clubs and other attractions. From your rooms you view the beautiful Clyde River and beyond. It is a lovely area. The rooms are always clean and well - presented but some of the bathrooms are in need of an update as mine was. Overall, staff are friendly, price is reasonable and my 3 days were very comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at Zorba! Conveniently located with everything I needed within walking distance. Staff (and other guests) so cheerful (aka happy-cheeky) and friendly. Accommodation had everything (and more) that I could need. I’ll be back with hubby for sure!

Loved it, so close to everything

Reception/ manager was/is very impressive with local knowledge, friendly, helpful, polite, efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay better than we expected. Can’t wait to go back there.

We booked the room in early Nov. Comfortable room near beach. Room was expensive and no beach view. Noisy bar fridge did a good job of keeping drinks cold but kept me awake as did shower that constantly dripped.

Great motel, well maintained in an ideal location.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a great location, close to the shops and cafes.

The property was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and a great location overlooking the water. Easy late check in. The only factor I didn't like were the dividing walls between the rooms. Even though the walls were solid brick I could hear the TV next door word for word. Made for difficult sleeping until they decided to sleep themselves.

Have stayed here a few times now. clean, central location and very pleasant staff.

Excellent location

Photos of the room booked showed it was a waterfront apartment but it wasn’t. The basin in bathroom had permanent yellow stain damage and not pleasant to wake up to or wash your face it. They did have a note apologizing about it and will be replacing it when they find a tradesman. There were also noise from the apartment next door. You can hear people talking or having pleasure.

Great location, walking distance to local restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was raining, so we didn't get the full benefit of our waterfront view or the ability to walk up the boardwalk. Grateful we had a ground floor unit, and park right outside. If you want a park outside of your unit, you'll need to request it otherwise you'll be parking in a safe area just not right outside your door. Only stayed one night as part of a bigger trip.

Good handy spot. Clean and tidy with friendly service. Comfy nights sleep and fresh not long life milk. Ticks all the boxes.

What a gorgeous position. Great rooms and right in the heart of Batemans Bay with views of the water.

We have stayed before we will only stay here. Great spotless, great location with great views to the bay and boardwalk, little more expensive, but worth the 20.00 dollars for 5he view. Claire and tony

It was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly

Friendly and helpful staff, nice waterfront location, and based in town too, close to all amenities. Room was clean, just a bit more attention to detail in the bathroom area needed. Aside from that, a good stay.

Nice quaint hotel. Host very welcoming. Even supplied us with glass cleaner and paper towels to clean car windshield. Pool was warm but littered with leaves due to a windy day. Thanks so much.

Zorbas is a great motel at which to stay. It is centrally located in Batemans Bay with easy access to shops and transport and the beach. It has an amazing view of the river and surrounds. The motel is well kept and is always clean. The staff is very friendly and professional.
