This is not my first time staying in this hotel. This one has a very convenient location, the staff are so friendly and they provide sufficient assistance during check in/out. Nearby has a lot of restaurants, and convenience stores.

Very close to station. The location is quiet as it is not on the main entrance direction. Because of that, it needs a bit further walk to the subway and bus stations on the main entrance side where has more food options. Very good hotel service to provide a free usage of a weight scale for measuring the weight of suitcases.

I liked the newness of the facility~clean, nice bathroom w/out stepping up like other hotels, location, closeness to the station. I would definitely use and recommend it to others.

I have stayed before and very pleased. Price, location, service, clean rooms. Only drawback was that we had to go to Green Annex for Japanese breakfast. Not a problem though, very close. Will definitely return!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It's a few minutes away from Hakata Stations where there are many shopping sites and also restaurants. We have two twin bed room with a sofa bed. The room itself is smaller than the picture, but we were ok with it as we are only staying for two nights. The toilet is super small and has a strong mildew smell. We asked for a new room as we can't handle that smell. The staff changed us to a new room, with the same setting. The room has been sprayed with Febreze before we got the room. Yet this room still have the Mildew smell. The mildew smell got stronger and I was thankful to stay there for 2 nights only. Also. the sofa bed was leaning toward one side and we can clearly tell the bed needed to be replaced. As for the paid parking, it stated 1500 per night whereas most hotel allow you to go out freely. However, if you are not parked in the property, you cannot go out once you are parked, unless you pay extras. This was clearly not stated.

Good location, very close to Hakata Station and Bus Terminal (within 5 mins walk). Convenient stores and shopping malls (JR City, Kette OIOI) are nearby.

No microwave, the room is not clean, esp the toilet. The location is excellent which is nearby main street, mall and train stations. And there are many convenient shops surrounded.
