Frig had a stain in it and was leaking water. Odd smell in room, maybe it was the frig? Checked out 2 days ago, haven't seen my deposit show up on my credit card.

As mentioned when I called you immediately upon checking out, my room was infested with cockroaches. I called the front desk, who yelled at me after sending a maintenance person to pick up the live roaches. They moved me to a different room, across the MOTEL, but that room also had cockroaches. I called the front desk again and was berated and yelled at. He kept asking me what he was supposed to do about it. I was in tears and told him I was not comfortable sleeping with roaches. He continued to yell at me. I called Hotels.com immediately as I packed my belongings and headed to a Hilton where I paid over $500. It was around 11pm so I had to drive at night, alone and try to locate a new hotel without this health hazard. Hotels.com should remove this motel from their site. The executives from Hotels.com would be ashamed and embarrassed if they knew. Once again, I am disappointed and disgusted. I appreciate the Hotels.com credit but that Is not what I am seeking. I am seeking a refund for the stay I didn't have because I couldn't. I am also seeking that this place be looked at because it does not meet basic cleanliness standards.

Perfect place for a stopover, clean and comfortable and a walkable distance to lots of great restaurants and Venice beach.

Good hotel with everything you need around, between ocean beach and shops. Lots of bus to bring you to Santa Monica (Los Angeles) metro station. Great staff to help you anytime, including nice manager. If possible ask for room in the back. Safe place.

We stayed one night. The good: There's great pho place a couple of doors away, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, it's clean, no extra charge for parking, and there were plenty of towels. The bad: light over sink didn't work, hot and cold water taps were mislabeled, sink was clogged, and bed wasn't comfortable. Other: there's a slow EV charger, but you're limited to 2 hours and can't charge during the day on weekdays, so don't choose the hotel because it has a charger. If you *must* be near the beach in Marina del Rey it's probably the lowest price option and it's OK, but it's painful to pay this much for just OK. We stay in the area frequently and won't be back.

Good location, close to Venice Beach. And close to the airport. Free parking in their parking garage. Friendly staff.

Extremely confusing set up. Doors close to hallways at night in certain areas without warning. Lost a few times. Was greeted in the room with a roach. Was on 3rd floor, elevator was out as we checked out. There are nice walkable neighborhoods around though.

Had problems with plumbing in our room but they moved us to another room immediately. They also let us have access to a room after checkout while waiting for airport.

Pretty run down. No morning continental either.

It is not extremely nice but good to approach beach and restaurant by walk. It was comfortable for me.

Great location, Within 10 to 15 minutes of everything was good I had a Issue took care of it very Promptly and was very fair overall experience eight out of 10 would stay there again

A little outdated in appearance but very clean and great location. Parking was included and the AC worked very well during our stay.

Excellent for a short stay near Venice. The ~25 minute walk to the beach may be a little much for some people but if you prefer walking over driving like myself it’s nice enough. The hotel itself is humble and a little dated but quite well-maintained and we found it had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to keep my car on the property in their garage as well.

Was not sure when I booked it. It is not the most beautiful place you will stay, it is a little dated BUT it was safe, it has air-con and the 24 hour concierge was very useful. Easy walk to Venice (about 1km) there were homeless people in the area but they were quiet and were no bother to tourists. The staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all a good stay. I would book it again

Close to Venice Beach, only five minutes if traffic is light. I had a nice room in the back which was very quiet. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and shops within a five minute drive, and a few restaurants that seemed walkable. A nightclub across the street if that's your thing. The front counter was friendly and gave me lots of tips with regards to my itinerary. I'd stay here again for sure.

It's very noisy and couldn't hardly sleep. I eas on the 1st floor and amd the noise from the second floor is consistent. You can hear everythjng going on outside the room. The rooms are very outdated and for my first time in CA this wasn't a good experience

I booked my room 5 months in advance. I had 2 children with me. And my mother. The room we were given was on the second floor across from a bar on the street. When we complained... The first time, we were told tough luck... Not even offered another room. When we complained the second time we were told we were expecting a 5 star motel service. Which clearly even with 5 months in advance booking this motel.... Couldn't even live up to the 3.5 star rating they had. If this were the last room in town... Id save my money and sleep in my car.

Spartan accommodations. Definitely reflects the prices but it does have off street parking and is not too far from the beach. But overall it's almost a Hostel like motel.

Easy to find and a easy access by car; not close to main attractions, you need to go by car/bus/scooter. Undercover parking is included in the price, which is really nice. Check in was easy, very friendly reception staff. Property tales a 100$ safety deposit by credit card upon arrival. Room very spacious, clean, had a fridge and coffee making facility but no microwave. Comfortable big beds. Old aircon unit on the wall. We did not use it just in case it was noisy; slept with windows open. Quite street at the back. Bus to go to Venice beach stops right by the petrol station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the beach. Walking to the Marina we saw many caravans parked on the side of the road where homeless people live. 10 minutes before check out, they cut off the water to the room. So make sure you take a shower well before check out, or you will end up having to dry the soap with a towel. I think that is REALLY BAD MANNERS!!! even if they are on a strict check out time so cleaning can be done effectively; I feel I pay until 11 am so I should be able to use water until 11 am. We were clean and ready packed by 10:45 am so it was not an issue for us. We did not get to use the pool. No bathroom facilities in the lobby. Vending machines downstairs. I would still recommend it because despite those 2 negative points, the place is comfortable and clean.

I thought the hotel was a little dated but it was quaint, cute. I loved being close to the beach (driving). Parking was a pain. They allow double parking and don’t seem that anyone was directing who should park where. Otherwise it was very nice.

Working on cable no tv first two days Internet service on third floor is terrible Bed was hard
